Welcome to the first edition of our POLI-JOURNAL in 2015. With this issue of the POLI-JOURNAL we would like to inform you about our latest developments POLI-FLEX® SPORT, SUBLI-PRINT 4680, SUBLI-TWILL 4685, SUBLI-FLOCK 5901 and SOLVENT-FLOCK 5905. Willkommen zur ersten Ausgabe unseres POLI-JOURNALS in 2015. Mit der aktuellen Ausgabe des POLI-JOURNALS möchten wir Sie über unsere Neuentwicklung POLI-FLEX® SPORT, SUBLI-PRINT 4680, SUBLI-TWILL 4685, SUBLI-FLOCK 5901 und SOLVENT-FLOCK 5905 informieren. POLI-JOURNAL 01 / 2015 IUALM M E P R N Q U IT Y G ERM A POLI-FLEX® SPORT POLI-FLEX® SPORT is a high quality and innovative textile transfer film with unique characteristics. By using a new adhesive POLI-FLEX ® Sport can be transferred at 130 °C during 10 seconds. Due to the polyurethane layer on the optical side of the film any contact of the human skin to the PVC layer is avoided. POLI-FLEX® SPORT is easy to cut. Even small letters and detailed motives can be weeded out without problems. Due to the non-adhesive liner the weeded out transfers can be stacked on each other easily. POLI-FLEX® SPORT ist eine hochwertige, innovative Textil-Transferfolie mit einzigartigen Eigenschaften. Durch die Verwendung eines neuartigen Klebstoffes kann POLI-FLEX® SPORT bei 130 °C / 10 Sekunden übertragen werden. Die Polyurethan-Schicht auf der optischen Seite der Folie verhindert, dass die PVC-Zwischenlage mit der menschlichen Haut in Kontakt kommt. POLI-FLEX® SPORT ist humanökologisch absolut unbedenklich. POLI-FLEX ® SPORT lässt sicht gut schneiden. Selbst kleinformatige Schriften und filigrane Motive lassen sich problemlos entgittern. Durch den nicht-klebenden Liner können entgitterte Transfers aufeinander gestapelt werden. SUBLI-PRINT 4680 / SUBLI-TWILL 4685 Two completely new hot sealable polyester fabrics especially developed for direct and indirect sublimation printing. Due to a special topcoat even detailed motives can be easily cut with a CAD/CAM plotter after the printing process without any fraying of the polyester fabric. Both products are especially suitable for the printing of logos and motives to be applied onto sport-, leasure- and work-wear. A printing result with brilliant and vivid colours is achieved. NEW Zwei brandneue, heißsiegelfähige Polyestergewebe speziell entwickelt für den direkten oder indirekten Sublimationsdruck. Durch eine spezielle Imprägnierung des Polyestergewebes können selbst filigrane Motive nach dem Druckvorgang mit einem CAD/CAM-Plotter einfach geschnitten werden und ein Ausfransen des Polyestergewebes wird verhindert. Die beiden Produkte sind insbesondere für den Druck von Logos und Motiven, die auf Sport-, Freizeit-, und Berufsbekleidung appliziert werden. Es entsteht ein Druckergebnis mit kräftigen und brillanten Farben. POLI-FLOCK PRINTABLES are based on ecologically harmless raw material and are free of PVC, plasticizer and heavy metals. Sind qualitativ hochwertige, heißsiegelfähige Flock-Folien auf Basis von Viskosefasern. Aufgrund einer weichen, samtartigen Haptik sowie einer ausgezeichneten Farbbrillanz entsteht eine hohe Image-Qualität. Die POLI-FLOCK PRINTABLES basieren auf ökologisch unbedenklichen Rohstoffen und sind frei von PVC, Weichmachern und Schwermetallen. SUBLI-FLOCK 5901 SUBLI-FLOCK 5901 Heat-sealable Polyester flock (white, 500 µ) covered with a silicon paper with good flatness. Especially developed for sublimation print. It is also suitable for screen printing as well as direct printing with UV inks. Due to the fibre density, a photo-realistic print resolution with a semi-matt finish is achieved. Heißsiegelfähiger Polyesterflock (weiß, 500 µ), abgedeckt mit einem Silikon-Papier das über eine gute Planlage verfügt. Speziell entwickelt für den Sublimationsdruck. Auch geeignet für Siebdruck und den Direktdruck mittels UV-Tinten. Aufgrund der hohen Faserdichte entsteht eine photorealistische Druckauflösung mit seidenmattem Finish. SOLVENT-FLOCK 5905 SOLVENT-FLOCK 5905 Heat-sealable Viscose Flock (white, 500 µ) suitable for direct printing with Eco-solvent and solvent inks. Due to the special fiber impregnation, a photo-realistic print resolution with radiant colours is achieved. SOLVENT-FLOCK 5905 has excellent cutting abilities and convinces due to excellent washing-resistance. Heißsiegelfähiger Viskoseflock (weiß, 500 µ) der mit ECO-SOLVENT und SOLVENT-Tinten direkt bedruckbar ist. Durch eine spezielle Faserimprägnierung entsteht eine hohe Druckauflösung mit brillanten Farben. SOLVENT-FLOCK 5905 lässt sich ausgezeichnet schneiden und überzeugt durch eine gute Waschbeständigkeit.
