Die Standardform dieser Düsen dient zu Fludisierungs des
Materials. Zu gewährleisten und um Brücken oder Schachtbildung im Silo vorzubeugen, zudem haben sie eine lange
Lebensdauer. Arbeitsdruck 0.1 bis 0.5 bar.
Die schwere Version verfügt über ein Edelstahlelement und
hält einen Arbeitsdruck bis zu 4 Bar aus.
Specially designed to create minimum ledge inside the silo, the
AJ25 offers long service life and is suitable for pressures between
0 to 0.5 bars.

Die Montage der Düsen erfolgt von außen und sollte im
direkten Kontakt mit dem Schüttgut sein. Die Benutzung,
Wartung und eventueller Austausch sind leicht.
The installation is done from the outer surface of the
silo/bunker in a way that the injector is in direct contact with
the material so the usage, maintenance and replacement is
very easy.

MONTAGE ANLEITUNG
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bohren Sie ein Loch in die Silowand in der Größe des Düsenanschlusses.
Drill a hole on the conical surface of the silo or bunker surface at the size of the
connector.
2. Düsenanschluss einschweißen.
Weld the connector.
3. Schrauben Sie die Düsen in den Anschluss.
Screw the fluidisation nozzle tightly inside the connector.
