JORNADA TECNICA EN VALENCIA
l día 27 de noviembre, Jeremias reunió en un
seminario los principales instaladores de la
zona, en la sede de representaciones Navarro,
nuestros delegados en la Comunidad Valenciana.
Desde la entrada en vigor del Código Técnico de
la Edificación se ha creado una cierta confusión en
los criterios de asignar que sistemas tienen que
cumplir la resistencia al fuego relativa a conductos
de ventilación, chimeneas y conductos de control
de humo de incendio. En esta ponencia se debatió
cuál es la clasificación necesaria de resistencia al
fuego dependiendo de las características y necesi-
dades de cada instalación según las indicaciones
del CTE y del RITE. Así mismo se repasaron los
requisitos exigidos en el CTE para la Ventilación Mecánica Controlada en viviendas, y un
repaso al buen diseño e instalación de los sistemas de salidas de humo, presentando los criterios y las soluciones específicas de Jeremias.
La ponencia se impartió por D. Jon Molinos, Ingeniero Industrial, y Director Técnico de JEREMIAS y fue presentada por D.

eremias exhaust systems have been specially designed for the generator exhaust
and very specific industrial applications in high
pressure mode which are listed under the “Germanischer Lloyd approval” that regulates the
use of equipment for marine applications.
The German Lloyd is the most famous and restricted standard for the ship industry under the strict control of Bureau Veritas.

The SVC3 ventilation system was installed for the
ventilation of kitchens and bathrooms and also
for the exhaust of kitchens hoods. The shared

ucts and chimneys are elements that cross
through different sectors of a building, thus
being a potential vehicle to transmit fire from one
to the other in the event of a conflagration. For
this reason there are some standardized tests to
check the resistance of these ducts and chimneys
to transmit the fire. Talking about this kind of
products the fire resistance is not related to its own
resistance or reaction to fire (the duct will probably be unusable after a fire), but to the capacity of
this duct or chimney to avoid transmission through
it to parts of the building where there is no fire.
Each country within the UE has its own legislation
about what fire resistance is to be used in each
case, but as examples of common uses we have the
kitchen exhaust hoods (where the grease inside is
a risk for fire inside of the duct), ventilation of underground parkings (where a risk of fire is high),

power generator rooms (where the use of combustible make the room very dangerous for fire).
In all these cases the chimneys and ducts need
certain fire resistance in every country in the UE.
For these purposes Jeremias has tested different systems, called generically SV-EI with
the fire resistance time of each case (30
mins, 60 mins and 120 mins). The characteristics of these systems are very similar to the
ones for chimney systems, but with a different kind of insulation (ceramic fiber instead of
rock wool) with different thicknesses (25 mm
for 25 mins, 50 mm for 60 mins and 100 mm
for 120 mins) to be able to withstand higher temperatures than the normal conditions
in ventilation and boiler and genset exhaust.
On top of the kind of insulation, the most
important element in these systems are the
specially designed wall sleeves, which make discontinuity in the outer wall to avoid thermal conduction through it and, at the same time, maintain
the stability and structural strength of the pipe.
This point is most important in chimney installation where the only exposure to a fire is an
external fire and this thermal conduction in the
outer wall is the highest risk of fire transmission. And for this purpose Jeremias has developed the DW-KL EI120 system for generator exhaust with 120 minutes fire resistance
with the innovative use of different insulation
materials and thicknesses inside and outside
the generator room. This is an example of the
continuous work of product design within the
Jeremias Group to give the best performance
in our products, adapted to changing market
necessities and with most competitive prices.

Testing Laboratory is located in Logan, Ohio, USA
With only a 40 foot x 40 foot (12m x 12m) foot
print, yet 3 stories tall (28 feet (8.5m ), this dedicated lab has over 4 million BTUh (2050 KWh)
natural gas capacity, making it among the world’s
largest capacity testing facility that is solely dedicated to chimney and pressure stacks testing.

t the end of April 2014, the long-awaited trip to the Kingdom of tulips took place.
According to the results of the promotional event, “Jeremias RUS” LLC invited the
winners to travel together to the city of
six hundred bridges - Amsterdam, Holland.
The event was aimed at successful promotion of Jeremias products in the Russian market, the increase in overall sales of
chimneys in distributing companies of “Jeremias RUS” LLC and motivation of employees.

Complex “Gwardeyskiy” is 14 000 people.
New boiler provides heat for 54 houses, three
kindergartens, schools and district military hospital.
Three chimney pipes, diameter 1100 mm, height
is 32 meters.
Amsterdam has left an indelible impression. The
historical part of the city center is a complex of
architectural
styles that prevailed in Europe until the
late 19th century. The oldest building of
the Dutch capital is a wooden house (het
Houten Huys)
built
around
the year of
25 of the 15th
century. Up to
now, it is one
of only two
survived wooden
buildings
of
Amsterdam
and
a
rare
example of Gothic architecture of the city.
The Van Gogh Museum did not leave anybody
indifferent – we had an opportunity to see firsthand the world-famous paintings: “The Potato
Eaters”, “Irises”, “Augustina Segatori Sitting in
the Cafe du Tambourin”, “Bridge in the Rain” We
were struck by a self-portrait of the artist in the
style of pointillism. Nearby we saw chaotic brush
strokes by the master, and only keeping for a few
meters back, we could see the image of the artist.
On the same day, the program we had planned
was to travel to the world famous Keukenhof park.
We were lucky with the weather, it was sunny and
warm. Everywhere, shaking the imagination, colorful meadows of different varieties and species
of tulips were crawling. Every year about 7 million
flower bulbs are planted in the park, it presents collections of tulips, hyacinths, daffodils, orchids, roses, carnations, irises, roses and many other flowers.
We finished the day in
Paradiso club, which is
housed in an old church
building and focuses
on music in the style
of house and techno,
folk, reggae and blues.

On the 26 of April the
entire Amsterdam literally-speaking
was
‘‘drowning in orange
colors’’ to celebrate
the King’s Day. Festive
mood was everywhere;
festivity events were
organized not only in numerous concert venues,
but also right on the water. Along the canals of Amsterdam there sailed festively dressed city people,
stirring music could be heard out from every boat.
The city turned into a continuous carnival, by the
way, orange is the color of the ruling royal family.

конце апреля 2014 года состоялось долгожданное
путешествие
в
Королевство
тюльпанов.
По итогам акции компания ООО «Еремиас РУС»
пригласила победителей в совместную поездку, в
город шестисот мостов - Амстердам, Голландия.
Целью акции было успешное продвижение продукции
Jeremias на российском рынке, увеличение оборота по
продажам дымоходов в компаниях - дистрибьюторах
ООО «Еремиас РУС» и мотивация сотрудников.
Амстердам оставил неизгладимое впечатление,
историческая часть цента города представляет
собой собрание всех архитектурных стилей,
господствовавших в Европе до конца 19 столетия.
Самым старинным зданием
голландской
столицы
является Деревянный дом
(het Houten Huys), который
построен примерно в 25 году
15 века. На сегодняшний
день это одно из всего двух
сохранившихся
деревянных
зданий
Амстердама
и
редкий пример готической
архитектуры
города.
Музей Ван Гога никого не
оставил равнодушным, мы
имели возможность увидеть
воочию всемирно-известные
картины: «Едоки картошки»,
«Ирисы»,
«Августина
Сегатори в кафе Тамбурин»,
«Мост в дожде». Нас поразил автопортрет
художника, выполненный в стиле пуантилизм.
Вблизи мы видели лишь хаотичные мазки кисти
мастера, и только отойдя на несколько метров
назад, нашему взору предстал облик художника.
В тот же день, по программе у нас было
запланировано путешествие во всемирно известный
парк Кейкенхоф. Нам повезло с погодой, было
солнечно и тепло. Повсюду, потрясая воображение,
стелились разноцветные луга разнообразных
сортов и видов тюльпанов. В этом парке ежегодно
высаживается около 7 миллионов цветочных
луковиц,
здесь
представлены
коллекции
тюльпанов, гиацинтов, нарциссов, орхидей, роз,
гвоздик, ирисов, лилий и многих других цветов.
День мы завершили в клубе Paradiso, который
размещен в здании старой церкви и ориентирован
на музыку в стиле хаус и техно, фолк, регги и блюз.
Двадцать шестого апреля весь Амстердам буквально
утопал
в
оранжевых
цветах
по
с л у ч а ю
празднования
Дня Короля.
Везде царило
праздничное
настроение,
народные
гуляния были
организованы
не только на
многочисленных концертных площадках, но и прямо
на воде. По каналам Амстердама плыли празднично
одетые горожане, из каждой лодки доносилась
зажигательная музыка.
Город превратился
в сплошной карнавал, кстати,
оранжевый
цвет это цвет правящей королевской семьи.
Surprisingly, three days passed like a flash, in
spite of the fact that we had so many emotions
- positive emotions and good mood. One can
talk for hours about Amsterdam and its inhabitants, as they are not like us. Endless rows of bicycles, a popular tourist destination of the flea
market, atmosphere of friendliness and joy...
Удивительно, но три дня пролетели как один миг,
не смотря на то, что мы получили такое количество
эмоций, позитива и отличного настроения. Об
Амстердаме и его жителях можно рассказывать
часами, так они не похожи на нас. Бесконечные
вереницы велосипедов, популярный среди туристов
блошиный рынок, атмосфера дружелюбия и радости…

to Moscow with the hope of ever returning again.

to increase the overall efficiency, reduce costs and be
more environmental friendly.
The project represented a big
technical challenge that could
be successfully managed
by the production of special
components to suit the requirements of the installation.
The Constructor was very
satisfied

Exhibition Centre Liverpool, which is a new development in Liverpool. A brand new, state of
the art, purpose built exhibition centre. It will
join ACC Liverpool, in a family of world class

BT Convention Centre and Echo Arena. Located on Liverpool’s Waterfront, Exhibition Centre
Liverpool will become an exciting part of the

he Abbey was founded as a monastic house
in the late 12th century; to this day the house
retains much of its medieval character. The
most famous survival is the iconic West Front
of the church that dates from the late 13th century and is now a scheduled ancient monument.
Inside the house the medieval cloisters, Chapter House (now the Chapel) and a collection
of medieval stone carvings and manuscripts
enable visitors to discover the Abbey’s early
history. Jeremias UK have been contracted to
supply and install a new chimney system in the
plant room of this historic landmark building.

FLEX AND TUBE
D
as Jeremias System Flex and Tube wird in
Werk III produziert. Es handelt sich hierbei
um ein flexibles System, das insbesondere für
Sanierungsvorhaben bei Verhältnissen im Unterdruck geeignet ist. Jeremias bietet zwei verschiedene Flex-Rohre in der Stärke 0,3 mm (Material 1.4301 für Gas-Geräte) und 0,4 mm (Material
1.4404 für Festbrennstoffe, kein Brennwert). Flex
and Tube zeichnet sich dürch die doppelte Wandstärke der Rohre aus. Wir bieten unseren Kunden
Wandstärken von 0,6 mm und 0,8 mm an. Jeremias produziert diese Rohre ab einem Durchmesser von 100 mm bis maximall 200 mm. Am
tschechischen Markt, der das gängige System
Line Flex nicht anwendet, zählt Flex and Tube zu
den TOP-Produkten, wenn eine Rohrverwendung nicht möglich ist. Dank der hervorrragenden
Zusammenarbeit mit den tschechischen Schornsteinfegern entwickelte Jeremias 2012 das innovative System Flex and Tube. Flex and Tube wird
auch äußerst erfolgreich in die Slowakei verkauft.

dimnjaka posjetili su u Njemačkoj tvrtku Jeremias kako bi se upoznali s proizvodnim programom jednog od vodećih europskih proizvođača
dimnjaka. Jeremias je specijaliziran je za dimnjake
od inoksa, a u ponudi ima i dimnjake od plastike.
Tvrtka je osnovana 1970. godine, ali podružnica u
Hrvatskoj posluje tek odnedavno. Na web stranici www.jeremias.de, gdje je među 10-tak jezika i
hrvatski, može se pronaći više informacija, a mi
u prilogu objavljujemo nekoliko fotografija snimljenih u dijelu s asortimanom industrijskih dimnjaka.

CE-ZERTIFIZIERUNG
n den vergangenen Jahren hat sich auch im Bereich CE-Zertifizierung viel
getan. Seit dem 1.7.2013 gilt nur noch die Bauproduktverordnung (BauPVo,
Verordnung EU 305/2011), sie löst die seit 1989 geltende Bauproduktenrichtlinie (BPR 89/106/EWG) ab und gilt somit als europäische Verordnung in allen Mitgliedstaaten. Ziele der BauPVo ist das Inverkehrbringen von Bauprodukten, freier Warenverkehr und Abbau technischer Handelshemmnisse im
EU-Wirtschaftsraum. Die BauPVo unterscheidet sich insbesondere durch die
Leistungserklärung, die CE-Kennzeichnung und die Bewertung und Überprüfung der Leistungsbeständigkeit von der bisherigen BPR. Mit der BauPVo ändert
sich auch die Bedeutung der CE-Kennzeichnung. Damit dokumentiert der
Hersteller zukünftig, dass er die Verantwortung für die Übereinstimmung des
Bauproduktes mit der in der Leistungserklärung angegebenen Leistung sowie
die Einhaltung aller einschlägigen europäischen Rechtsvorschriften übernimmt.
Bei der Umstellung auf die BauPVo sind folgende drei wesentliche Punkte zu
beachten:

dieser v. g. Änderung der Gesetzeslage ergaben sich auch viele offene

Jeremias als einer der führenden Hersteller von Metallabgasanlagen übernt mit unseren Leistungserklärungen die Verantwortung
über die Konformität des Bauproduktes und der erklärten Leistung.
Die wichtigsten Aufgaben und Pflichten des Herstellers sind:

decided to be heat and steam self sufficient and
has invested into 10 new double flue steam boilers each 20 Megawatt.
All the connections of these boilers inlcuding piping, silencers and chimney stack will be provided by SES who contributed with its large knowhow to the design of such a relevant project.

ince 01.07.2014 there is a new steel construction standard “EN 1090” that substitutes the
German steel construction standard DIN 18800-7.
This new standard overwrites the “big verification
of suitability” being compulsory for all kind of constructions in steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
The industrial division of the Jeremias group, SES is
well in advance and has gain the certification under
this new standard EN 1090 already in October 2013.
With this standard SES has certified its own factory
production control according to EN 1090-1 as well
as the production of structural steel constructions
according to EN 1090-2 in “EXC 3” (execution class).
