Rules football tournament
“Afrika Cup Oldenburg”
§-Article 1- Organisation, initiative
Oldenburg Africa Cup is a football tournament against racism and intercultural party
organized by integration e.V
1-1 Organisation
Integration e.V. is legally responsible for Organisation (Concept & Realisation)
1-2 Cooperation
Integration with GWA Eversten coordinates all the activities.
1-3 Organising Committee
(7 members) Body of one member of each team traditional African Team and responsible for
organising and managing the crises of the football tournament, the committee acts under
integration mandate and its decisions are therefore legal.
§-Article 2. Field
2-1 Dimensions
The dimensions of the field are (Professional) by 105 m long and 68 m meters wide. Two (2)
fields are available.
2-2 Choice of the field
This detail will be clarified in the draw, the group A will play the main field and the group B
on the field schedule. The semi-finals, the match and the final, will take place on the main
field.
§-Article 3. Team
3-1 Composition
Each team will consist of 11 Players and possibly effective Substitutes 5. For a total of only
16 players (officially), that said the teams are free to attend with as many players as possible.

3-2. Nationality & Origins
The team may be composed of players of different nationalities. Traditional African team
must not play with more than 4 not African players on the field (Nigeria, Cameroon, Gambia,
Côte d Ivoire, Benin, Ghana, Zimbabwe)
3-3. Name of Team
Each team must have the name of an African country with the approval of the organizing
committee.
3-4Nombre teams
It is limited to 12.
§-Article 4. Development
The four teams who played the semi-finals in the previous edition are heads of the 4 groups
With 3 teams for each group the champion of each group are automatically qualified for the
semi-finals
4.1 Draw
The Organising Committee organises at least six months before the tournament with
representatives of each team, in case of absence the draw will be validated by the present
members.
4.2 Timing of matches
Teams must arrive 30 minutes before the game
• the preliminary will take place on the first Saturday from 12.00. On two field in duplex
• the semi-finals on second Saturday from 14.00
• the final and third place match on the third Saturday 14.00
• the exact schedule will be available on due time.
4.3 Duration of matches
• The preliminary with 60min 30 min x2, 10min break, and each team will play 2 matches.
• The semi-finals with 90 min 45min x2 and 15 min break.
• The final and third place with 90 min 45min x2 and 15 min break.
4.4 The Ranking of Groups
A win match = 3 points, a draw match=1 point and lost match= 0 point
The number of points will establish a ranking in each group.
4.5 Equality??
In case of a Draw after regulation time, the teams will be initially for extensions 15min x2
and if necessary a penalty shoot goals.
NB On the first day extensions are prohibited in case of a Draw after regulation time, the
teams will be after a penalty shoot goals

4.6 Decision
Any team that has more than 5 minutes after the time indicated will be deemed forfeited. This
rule is explained by the desire to allow a maximum number of matches take place.
Nothing prevents a team to start the game with 5 players less.
4.7. Referees
All games will be controlled by referees in total three per game. The referee and two
linesman "assistants"
4.8. Fair Play
The fundamental principle of fair play must animate each match.
4.9. Replacements
Teams may make as much change as possible, always with the consent of the referee. The
replaced player can not play the same match, Replacements are unlimited.
4. 10 Double Participation
It is not allow for a player to participate in one year with different teams.
4.11 Jerseys
the Jerseys are mandatory. If the colors are similar, the team named first will be the one who
has the right to use his usual colors. The opposing team will wear a vest assigned by the
organising committee.
4.12 Penalties
For the player who would be expelled for serious misconduct with a red card, the Organizing
Committee reserve the right to take the penalty. In case of recidivism, he will be expelled for
the tournament. A team who demonstrates a violent attitude during the competition could be
expelled from the tournament.
4.13 Match report
A score sheet will be completed and signed by each team before the beginning of each game.
The Players must use their real names instead of nicknames to avoid any misunderstandings
in the tournament.
§-Article 5. Emergency
Red Cross will be present at the stadium. Each player must be ensured.
§-Article 6. Litigation
Claims must be made within 30 minutes after the end of the game (writing) the committee
settles disputes.

§-Article 7. Finances
Tournament
Integration eV develops the concept and research funding for the tournament
Team
Teams must themselves seek sponsors to overcome their financial problems, support
documentation will be provided to each team that wishes.
Financial report
after each tournament eV Integration establishes a balance sheet will be sent to the various
captains
Registration
Registration fees amount to € 100 non-refundable
Evening / party
the organising committee will schedule the completion of a party in December for a
fundraiser that will make the organization easier and cancelled the registration fee.
§-Article 8. Price
The awards are distributed as follows:
1-Champion
€ 600
2-Vice Champion € 400
3-Third Place
€ 200
§-Article 9. General Rules
• The awards ceremony will take place at the stadium in the presence of all players and
managers.
• All registered teams have the obligation to play all their matches until the end of the
tournament.
• A meeting with captains, referees Integration Staff, and the organizing committee will be
organise a week before the tournament.
• Any person or organisation wishing to install a stand (contact integration eV it will be given
a form to fill out, this offer is free.)
• Cleaning: a case of all, the committee oversees the rule and cleanliness throughout the
tournament.

§-Article 10 Security
Knives, Wild Dogs and breakable bottles are strictly forbidden, In case of vandalism, fighting
or insulting attitudes, discriminatory, violent towards referees, the organizing committee, or
any other person, woman or child will be exposed to severe sanctions (immediately) see

§-Article 11.Convention
 An approval will be signed between Integration eV and the various team leaders to
endorse cooperation. The team will not meet all these regulations will be severely
amended or even removed
 I agree all the condition and procedures of the tournament. I confirm that all the
players on my team are insured.
 In case of disputes I agree not to initiate any legal proceedings and to favor a peaceful
solution with the organization committee.
The tournament will be played according to FIFA rules except as described in this regulation.
