Summing up
• A lot remains to be done before transition is completed
• Public approval of the Energiewende is still high
• “The Energiewende is our moon landing“ (Peter Altmaier,
former Minister of the Environment, 2012)
• Non-Germans may think we are crazy…
… but maybe we only show sensible societal risk-management
(Jasanoff and Kim, 2013)
