Make cashiers check or money order to HDYSL. Send application & fee to HDYSL, P.O. Box 335, Apple Valley, Ca 92307 ELIGIBILITY Any recreational teams affiliated with USYSA are eligible to play. The regular season team roster will be allowed to participate. No teams or players who have played in a competitive or signature circuit are eligible. All players must be registered as recreational. We will accept teams in U-8 through U-14 and all may bring up to 5 loan players. The maximum roster for U-8 & U-10 will be 14 while U-12 & U-14 will be 18. All teams must have proper ID Cards, and medical release forms. Final approval for participation will be determined by HDYSL. FORMAT Each team will play a minimum of three games including semifinals. Finals will be regulation length games. All games will be free substitutions with 50% playing time. Exception: U-8 division will play quarters with 50% playing time. CHECK-IN All teams will be required to check in one hour prior to their first game on the 28th at the soccer center at Pah-ute road (next to the fields). Each team will also be required to check-in at the field prior to each game. TO ENTER: Applications will be due no later than November 21, 2014. All late entrants fees are $215.00 and shall be placed on a waiting list and notified by phone as space becomes available. NOTIFICATION: Acceptance letters, schedules, tournament rules & courtesy directions will be posted at www.hdysl.com by Nov. 26, 2014.
