MESSAGE
The Govt. Launched Jan Swastha Rakshak (Community Health) to train 5,80,000
health worker on recommendation of Srivastava Committee in 1977.Therefore there is an
immediate need to prepare workforces who can assist / provide the appropriate care / service
to the community in the rural area sector ,Hospitals, Nursing Home , PHC and health Clubs etc.
These trained person will work in the community as a multipurpose health worker and
they will work as facilitators for creating health awareness, Knowledge of Environment
health and hygiene and first aid ,Prevention of Disease and provide appropriate
treatment ,in emergency situation, Thus it is expected that all these gaps can be covered up
through the health worker under this programme.
Medical Science and technology has made tremendous progress in last some years
with some advance diagnostic techniques like laboratory tests, X-Ray, Ultra-sound, MRI ctc.
Doctor are able to treat their patients more successfully in very field of medical science
laboratory ,diagnostic technique has its own importance laboratory test are essential now a
days and Doctors are handicapped with out proper laboratory backup.
A gap has been developed between the requirement and the availability of trained
laboratory techniques due to this fast grow in laboratory and X-Ray field. To fulfill the gap and
to make the young student carrier oriented in his / her early age. K.D. Institute of Medical
Science start vocation education programme to meet the demand of Para medical in this area.

O.P.D for Practical of students catering 100 beded Hospital attached with the Institute
,Institute is managed professional doctors, The managing Director of Institute has received the
Excellent award (Momento) last year by Dr.Yoganand Shastri Hon'ble Health Minister of Govt.
of Delhi. Institute is organized Culture activity, Naturopathy /Physiotherapy seminar, Health
education tour, Health related checkup camp and paramedical workshop from time to time.

assistant /health worker in the community or govt. / private hospitals setting such as in
Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and PHC and health clubs. And also paramedical pass-outs his
/her own laboratory in the presence of medical professionals.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1.
The Admission form / Prospectus Rs-250/- can be obtained from the office of the
Institute or by sending Rs-300/- DD in favour of K.D. Institute of Medical Science
Payable at Ghaziabad.
2.
Student are selected purely on merit basis and first come first serve and interview
will be taken by the principal .
3.
Date of admission will be display on notice board.
DOCUMENTS
1.
Following documents should be attached with the admission form Attested photo
copy of mark sheet / Certificate of 10th / 12th Pass.
2.
Five Passport size Photographs.
3.
Each selected candidate shell have to pay the fee according to fee structure be fore
date of mention on the notice board.
4.
Selected Candidate shall have to go for medical examination.
5.
Unfit Candidate will pay the medical examination fee.
FEE STRUCTURE
1.
Any students fee will be deposited according to University / NIOS norms
2.
Fee should be submitted by cash / DD in favour of K.D. Institute of Medical Science
Payable at Ghaziabad.
3.
All deposited fee will not be refundable & Non adjustable in any circumstance.

Each student is required to attend regular theory as well as practical classes.
Minimum 75% attendance of theory and practical are necessary to sit in the final
examination.

No association is allowed in the Institute. Student should not take part in any type of
Political activities. Any student found to do the above, will be expelled immediately
from the institute.
3.
The Institute will observe all gazetted holidays according to the list of state as well
as Central Govt.
4.
Hostel students are not allowed to leave the station without the permission of warden
principal
5.
The decision of the managing director of the institute in all the cases will be final and
not changed in any condition.
6.
Students are prohibited from smoking and drinking in the Institute.
7.
If any student will break or damage institute's property or lab equipment's he/she will
pay the whole damage.
8.
Strict disciplinary action will be taken, If any students involved in immoral activity
