QUOTATION CALL NOTICE
The Estate Manager,IGIT, Sarang, Dhenkanal invites sealed quotations from reputed agencies
/Manufacturers having valid TIN/SRIN number with VAT clearance certificate for supply & installation of
following items to IGIT, Sarang.

Supply & installation of Demarcation /Sign Boards as per the following
specification.
a ) Main Frame :The frame made out of 65mm dia 1.5mm thick stainless steel round
pipe including all materials, fabrication and labour complete etc. for 120.0 Mtr
individual pipe.
b ) Sub main Frame :The frame is to be fitted within the main frame& made out of
40mm dia,1.5 mm thick stainless steel round pipe including all 84.0 Mtr
materials,fabrication and labour complete for individual pipe.
C ) Letter pad:The letter pad made out of 3mm thick ACP Sheet with blue colour 22.0 Sqm
radium vinyl and white radium letter pasting for both side on the ACP
sheet including all materials & labour complete.
Fixing of Sign board with C.C ( 1:2:4) including excavation of earth

The quotations should reach the undersigned by 27.12.2014 up to 1.0 PM at the latest and the
quotations will be opened on 29.12.2014 at 3.0 PM in presence of the quotationers or by authorized
representative if they so like.
The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason
thereof. The quotations received incomplete shape or after the schedule date & time shall be
summarily rejected Order will be placed on the lowest quoted rate of the item ( 1 + 2 ).
