PORTRAIT TIPS
WEATHER:
The Turks and Caicos enjoys around 300 sunny days a year.
These are ideal conditions for portraits. We conduct most
sessions around sunset when the sun is low in the sky.
It is often windy in the Turks, so ladies should prepare their
hair for windy conditions. Because the weather changes
so rapidly in the Turks & Caicos, we prefer to reschedule
sessions no earlier than 30 minutes to one hour before
the scheduled shoot time. Please note that some of the
best lighting conditions occur just before or after
inclement weather.

ATTIRE:
SCHEDULING:
Please bring matching clothes for all members of your group.
We recommend solid colors and no patterns. Most clients
wear casual white tops, khaki bottoms, white sundresses
and no shoes, which is in keeping with the island “look”.
Shoes are not necessary if the session is conducted on
the sand, along the beach or on a boat.
Portrait sessions usually last around 1 hour. Most of our
clients stay in the Turks and Caicos for around 5 to 7 days.
Therefore, we prefer to schedule your session at the
beginning of your vacation. This gives us enough time
to reschedule your shoot in the case of inclement weather.
It also gives us ample time to process your imges and
return to your resort or villa to preview your pictures.
IMAGE PREVIEW SESSION:
The purpose of this session is to show you the best images from your shoot and to select the products that you would
like to purchase. We conduct these sessions at your villa or resort. The preview session usually lasts around 1 hour.

Chalk Sound Photo Adventure $1600
Ride a pontoon boat through the mint green waters of Chalk
Sound National Park and explore the gorgeous scenery of
another part of the Turks & Caicos.
Up to 4 hours with one photographer
Session is conducted on land and sea, at multiple locations
Pick up and drop off at your resort or villa. Round trip transportation
for up to 4 people is included. Each additional person over 4,

Wall art is the most popular a la carte product that our clients order. Each piece is carefully hand crafted in the United
States by our state-of-the-art printers and framers, and shipped directly to your home or office.
Crystal Metallic Print
Canvas Prints
The Crystal Metallic print is a very modern unframed piece
that fits with most décors. It is an extremely high quality
and durable product that is created by encapsulating a
professional photographic print between two pieces of
high grade plastic material. A unique recessed cleat which
is mounted on the back allows the finished piece to “float”
one inch off the wall. The print is impermeable to air and
moisture. Larger pieces are shipped in their own hand
made, custom wooden crate.
The canvas print is a more traditional piece that will
compliment any décor. We offer this product either
framed or unframed. Your image is printed directly
onto a specially treated artist canvas and then sealed
with a UV protective spray that is designed to resist
harmful ultraviolet light and moisture. Our selection
of high quality, heavy, solid wood frames are
designed to “float” the stretched canvas inside the
frame. Each piece comes with the hardware
necessary to hang it on your wall.

Water Color Print
This very popular piece is unique in many ways. Your image is
printed on the highest quality, archival acid-free Hahnemühle
water color paper. Hahnemühle is a german company which is
renowned in the art world for producing the finest artist papers
since 1584. The print is dry mounted onto a solid acid free board
and then sprayed with a UV inhibiting spray that is designed to
seal your image from damaging moisture and ultraviolet light. The
piece is framed with one of our popular mouldings, and finished
with a high grade plexiglass top. The plexiglass top adds further
protection against the elements, and also allows our printer to
safely ship the finished piece directly to your home or office. The
hardware necessary to hang your print is installed on the back of
the piece.
Rendered Wall Art
Paradise Photography offers this unique complimentary service to its
clients who are serious about investing in wall art, but who would like
to see the finished piece “rendered” or digitally placed in their home
or office. Once you select your final image, we will digitally frame the
piece and place it into a picture of your home that you provide us.

experienced, decorated, creative artists who are known for their unique fine art style of image making.
CHRISTINE MORDEN
Christine has pursued her passion for
photography for over 20 years. Her work
