The Higher Education Advisory Board [HEB] at its meeting of 7th February 2014
revier,r,ed a sdbmission f<ir Charisma Online Universigr to bc registered in the Turks
and Caicos Islands.
We have been advised by the Board that you as proprietor of Charisma Online
University has met the necessary requirements to regrster this institution in Turks
and Caicos Islands.
At this time however, The Higher Education Board further recomrnended that
approval for

provisional license be granted to you under the foltowing conditions:
The lrfiiversiry's operating account rnusl be domiciled in the TCI and subiect
to the normal annuai review by an approved accounting body;
The operating account must be managed by members of the finance
commiitee of rvhtlm rnembers ltom a TCI auditing committee; and
The university must comply with the standards of the Turks and caicos
Islands Governrnent EOucation Department's higher education curriculum'
