All The Judge has the right to disqualify an entry that does not conform to the Schedule. The steward has the right to re-class an exhibit they feel has been incorrectly entered. The Judges word is final All exhibits must be received by the closure time. Nothing after this time can be accepted as staging must be done for judging. All exhibits in this section must be the bona fide work of the exhibitor. A maximum of three exhibits per class per exhibitor. A Novice is someone who has not won a place (First, Second or Third) in the Open Fine Art section at any agricultural show and does not use their art as a form of generating their primary income. Each entry must have been completed since the previous Lithgow Show. No exhibit may compete in more than one class. All fine art must be framed or card mounted ready to hang with artists name, address, title of piece and class entered, attached to reverse. Frames must have hanging wire or cord securely attached. All signatures must be hidden in all classes. All entries to be collected on presentation of entry card stub Prize money must be collected from the treasurer Sunday No prize money under $30.00 will be posted.
