This DHL Parcel Price List (previously known as Domestic Services Price List – Price List) applies to companies and institutions in the event
of written agreement concluded in a separate contract regarding provision of transport services, which would stipulate application
of DHL Parcel Price List – Special Price List (previously known as Domestic Services Price List – Special Price List).
Envelope shipments and shipments up to 20 kg paid with cash are courier shipments by Postal Law. Other shipments are transportation
of commodities by Transportation Law.

 For DHL PARCEL POLSKA, DHL PARCEL 9 and DHL PARCEL 12 charges apply in
accordance with tables on page 4.
 Volumetric weight of each shipment is calculated using the following conversion
factor: [length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm)]/4 000 or 1m3 = 250 kg.
Pickup and delivery:
 The principle of selecting the higher shipment weight: the actual or the volumetric
is applied.
 Courier may be called to pick up shipment by means of applications DHL24 and DHL
eCas or by calling DHL Parcel Customer Service. It is also possible to order regular
pickups, activated after prior agreements with the DHL Sales Representative.

CALCULATING SHIMPENT COST
 Shipments are collected Monday to Friday and are delivered on the next working day:
by the end of the day (DHL PARCEL POLSKA), until 9 o’clock (DHL PARCEL 9) or until
12 o’clock (DHL PARCEL 12).
 If the volumetric weight of element of the shipment exceeds 31.5 kg, the fee
is charged in accordance with the DHL Price List concerning DHL PARCEL MAX.

Pickup and delivery:
 In ”board-to-board” system shipments may be collected from and delivered to places
accessible to delivery vans.
 Collection and delivery include placing and taking the shipment off the van5. Additional
loading and unloading activities are the responsibility of the Customer.
 Shipments are collected Monday to Friday and are delivered on the next working day
or in 2 working days6.
 Courier may be called to pickup shipment by means of applications DHL24 and DHL
eCas or by means of DHL Parcel Customer Service. It is also possible to order regular
pickups, activated after prior agreements with the Sales Department.
 Maximum dimensions of a single element:
• length – up to 4 m,
• or height overall (including pallet) – up to 2.1 m,
• or total dimensions – up to 6 m (length + width + height).

Method of calculation of charges:
 Charges for DHL PARCEL MAX shipments are calculated in accordance with the table
on page 6.
 To calculate the price for a service, it is necessary to calculate the distance between
the places of shipment pickup and delivery, by using the road pricing Calculator
available at www.dhlparcel.com.pl.
 For every element, following weights are calculated:
• volumetric weight, using following conversion factor:
[length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm)]/4 000 or 1m3 = 250 kg,
• longitudinal weight, using following conversion factor: 1 running m = 100 kg.
 The principle of selecting the higher shipment weight: the actual, the volumetric or the
longitudinal one is applied.
 The price for the multi-element shipment is calculated by summing the higher weights
of respective elements.
Does not apply to pickups and deliveries transported by vehicles such as: truck tractors with semitrailers, cars with trailers of capacity of 24 tons, cars without trailers of capacity of 5 tons and more.

Protection against shipment loss or damage. Covers value of shipments up
to 100 000 PLN.
Detailed information on areas where this service is provided (by postal code
of shipment pickup) is available via DHL24 and DHL eCas applications
or at DHL Parcel Customer Service.
The undeliverable shipment is a shipment that could not be delivered by
DHL Parcel because: the Receiver refuses to collect the package, payment refusal
for the service, amount due payment refusal (as in COD service), the Receiver does
not collect the consignment after the second attempt of delivery or the receiver’s
address details are not correct.
The Recipient receives e-mail/SMS notification on sending the shipment, date,
place and expected times of delivery. Information contains details on Collection
and remittance of amount due (COD) if applicable.
Cost depends on declared value of the shipment:
• Up to 50 000 PLN – 3.50 PLN
• Over 50 000 PLN to 100 000 PLN – 0.2% of declared value of the shipment
Cost: 50% of basic charge, not less than 15 PLN

Providing additional insurance for shipments over 100 000 PLN requires
a separate written agreement between DHL Parcel and the Client. Charges are
calculated individually for each shipment, based on declaration made
to DHL Parcel Customer Service.

Report of Undelivered Shipments
Detailed information on areas where this service is provided (by postal code
of shipment delivery) is available via DHL24 and DHL eCas applications
or at DHL Parcel Customer Service.
Daily report on shipments undelivered due to reasons beyond control of DHL, sent
to indicated e-mail address. Activated at www.dhl.com.pl/raporty or via eCas
application, it includes listing of shipment numbers, date of dispatch, Receiver’s
data, reason for delivery failure.
Cost: 50% of basic charge, not less than 15 PLN

Collection and Remittance of Amount Due (COD)
Upon sender’s written request7.
According to Customer’s orders, amount due is transferred either be bank
transfer or postal order. Receiver is bound to pay amount due in cash. Every
shipment with COD service is liable to additional insurance. The collected
amount is returned within 5 working days of the day of shipment delivery
(the date of postal money transfer or the date of order of payment by DHL
is considered the date of payment). If the collected amount is remitted
by the postal order, extra postal fee will be deducted from the collected
amount; maximum collection amount is 11 000 PLN; in case the amount
exceeds 6 500 PLN, the receiver is bound to collect the shipment personally
at DHL Terminal.

SMS information about failed delivery attempt is sent to receiver. Available
for contracted Customers.
Contact with shipment receiver before delivery. Within the service the shipper
agrees for the shipment to be delivered to the address indicated by the receiver,
other than the one on the waybill (within delivering terminal).
Equivalent of a paper invoice, eInvoice is a multifunctional, safe and easy service.
It allows e-mail information on issued invoice, and viewing or downloading proof
of delivery of every shipment with invoice issued. Activation and access at
www.dhlparcel.com.pl.
Additional service for shipments containing elements over 31.5 kg. Pallet
shipments refer only to EURO pallets (0.8 x 1.2 m, consistent with UIC 435-2
standard). Pallet shipments are only possible for shipments paid by the Shipper
who has the proper entry in the framework agreement.

shipments
The charge applies to elements when:
The charge applies to elements on pallets when:
• their longest dimension is more than 1.4 m or any other dimension exceeds
0.6 m,
• b ase dimensions exceed 0.8 x 1.2 m (EUR pallet),
• they are round, oval, or cylindrical,
• e lement placed on a pallet is not attached with foil, binding tape, screws, etc.
• they are irregularly shaped with protruding elements,
The charge applies to unpalletized elements when:
• their surface is adhesive and disallows sliding (rubber etc.),
• t heir longest dimension is more than 1.4 m or any other dimension exceeds
0.6 m,
• they contain loose, heavy elements or elements of uneven weight distribution,
• they are placed in a packaging that is loose or of irregular shape (i.e. when
the contents may slide and therefore their center of gravity may shift during
transport),
• ”UP/DOWN” and “CAUTION! NST” stickers are attached,
• their content requires special service (if automatic sorting is impossible or if
they may damage other parcels),
• they contain liquids (barrels, canisters, buckets etc.).
The fee is also charged in case of Return of Undeliverable Package with nonstandard elements.

Weight and dimensions of each
element in a shipment:

Pickup and delivery:
 It is possible to handle combined shipments (sent to the same Recipient
– on one waybill), containing both elements of up to and over 31.5 kg.
 Each element should meet the requirements described in characteristic
of respective Services: DHL PARCEL POLSKA (page 5) and DHL PARCEL MAX
(page 7).
• “UP/DOWN” and “CAUTION! NST” stickers are attached,
 Shipments weighing up to 31.5 kg are picked up and delivered in the “door-to-door”
system, whereas elements weighing over 31.5 kg in the “board-to-board” system.
Method of calculation of charges:
 For combined shipments, price is the sum of parcel prices separately calculated
in accordance with DHL PARCEL POLSKA and DHL PARCEL MAX rules.

• t hey are round, oval, cylindrical,
• t hey are irregularly shaped with protruding elements.
Goods that cannot be palletized due to their specific character (e. g. wheeled
devices) and cannot be sorted automatically, are also subject to charge. The fee
is also charged in case of Return of Undeliverable Package.

Charge for a Non-electronic Waybill1
DHL has the right to charge the Customer for the administrative fee in the event
it is necessary to send a repeated call for payment for DHL Parcel services.
Applies to shipments accompanied by waybills filled out without using DHL Parcel
e-solutions (i.e. DHL24, DHL eCas) or other tools integrated with DHL Parcel
systems.
Cost: 20 PLN
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED COMMODITIES
DHL Parcel will not accept shipments if they contain1:

Change of Payer
Once the invoice is issued by DHL Parcel, the payer’s change may occur upon
Customer’s written request. The administrative fee for the repeat invoicing will be
billed to the new payer indicated in the “Payer’s Change Form”. Download the
form at www.dhlparcel.com.pl (“Documents” tab) or contact DHL Parcel
Customer Service.
Restitution of Bank Transfer Payment

Administrative fee related with the restitution of the possibility of paying
for DHL Parcel Services by bank transfer.
Cost: 40 PLN
Cost: 15 PLN per invoice
• cash, securities, other “cash-like” documents,
• human or animal remains,
• valuable goods (jewelry, works of art, antiques, numismatic objects),
• narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances,
• weapons and ammunition,
• medications requiring special transport conditions,
• perishable items requiring special transport conditions,
• chemical and biologically active products,
• other goods whose properties may be dangerous for health of people
who handle them, or which may damage or destroy other parcels,
• animals,
• other goods whose transport is prohibited based on legal regulations.
Extended Printed Invoice
Fuel Surcharge and Road Tolls2
The fuel surcharge and road toll are added to the basic net price of the shipment.
Current rates and method of calculating are available
at www.dhlparcel.com.pl.
Charge related to the delivery to the Customer of the invoice with additional
details about sender and receiver of the shipment. It also enables receiving Excel
attachment to the invoice.
Cost: 3 PLN per each invoice

The company reserves the right to introduce special, additional charges related to violent changes in prices that may affect transport costs (fuel prices, taxes, etc.).

SOLUTIONS FOR RECEIVERS
DHL Parcel enables Customers to choose the most suitable way of sending shipment! It is now possible
to order Courier on-line and promotional DHL Parcel Package can be sent in DHL Parcelshop Point.
To meet Clients’ requirements DHL Parcel introduces to Polish market more solutions making delivery
of shipment even easier. Information on possibility to use the following services is available at supplier
while shopping on-line.
Personal pickup at DHL Parcelshop
Receiver choses the nearest DHL Parcelshop and picks up the shipment on his way from work!
• Client of on-line shop gains the possibility to select the time and place of pickup most suitable for him.
• Receiver is informed about shipment awaiting collection.
• Pickup of shipment can be planned in 7 calendar days from notification, in the point’s working hours.
Neighbor Delivery
Neighbor assistance is invaluable, especially when Recipient cannot wait for Courier!
• When the final Receiver is absent Courier immediately delivers the shipment to indicated Neighbor.
• The Client does not have to wait for Courier and still shipment is delivered on the expected day.
• Receiver is informed by e-mail/SMS about the Neighbor Delivery.

No installation is required. Application is available 24/7 via internet browser at www.dhl24.com.pl.
Registering at DHL24 enables number of possibilities. It allows to:
• check prices for shipment and additional services, as well as
promotional offers,
• print waybills,
• create database of Receivers,
• access to delivery confirmation with Receiver’s signature.
• predefine shipment,
• access shipment history,
• use previous shipment history (copy) to create quick shipment,
• fill complaints and monitor their status.
• monitor delivery status,
• order Courier pickup and monitor status,
It is also possible to use DHL24 without registering to:
• check prices for shipment and chosen additional services, as well as
promotional offers,
• create and print waybills,
The Recipient receives free notification about delivery.
• E-mail/SMS message informs about sending the shipment, date and expected time of delivery.
• That allows Recipient to plan the day more effectively.
• These notifications are also limiting the Client’s need to contact on-line shop.
