GANIT WEEK CELEBRATION
As a part of the GANIT Week celebration an “Essay Writing” competition was organised
for the students of class IX, X and XI on the day two ie. on 17th December 2014.
It was an endeavour to test the linguistic and analytical approach of the students in
Maths subject and also to test their depth of knowledge in application of Mathematics in
their day to day life.
Students proved that “the pen is mightier than the sword” as they went about
expressing their views on various topics like: Importance of zero in number system

 Fibonacci Series
 Meaning of pascal’s triangle
 Life without Mathematics
 Life History of Srinivasa Ramanujan
 Life History of Prof. A.R.Rao
