MEN’S 9-HOLE GOLF ASSOCIATION
You must register on-line with Arizona Golf Association (AGA) by going to www.azgolf.org and sign up
for your GHIN number. All the fees will be paid through AGA with a credit card and the Desert Duffers
Membership Committee will approve your application for Desert Duffers.
The Desert Duffers annual dues for membership are $10. In addition, the dues for an AGA 9-hole
handicap through the Desert Duffers are all follows: 1) from January 1 to July 15 the annual dues are
$25, 2) from July 16 to October 15 the annual dues are reduced to $15, 3) from October 16 to
December 31 the dues are reduced to $0, however you will be required to pay current applicable AGA
($25) and Desert Duffer ($10) annual dues but the payment will be applied to the following year’s
dues. These dues will be paid via your credit card at AGA.
We also need the information from this application to be placed in the Membership envelope at the
Proshop so that we can add you to the Duffers website at golffusion.com/quailcreek9ers. In order to
play in Desert Duffers competitions, you must have an AGA handicap at Quail Creek and be a member
of Desert Duffers Men’s 9-Hole Golf Association. Please provide the following information:

All Duffers play from the Copper Tees.
If you have an 18-hole handicap with another qualified Quail Creek Golf Organization, list that
organization and your GHIN Number here. In this case you only owe the Desert Duffers annual dues
of $10 which should be inserted in the Membership envelope at the Clubhouse.

The entry fee to play in the weekly competitions is $5 cash and is paid along with the regular green
fees at the check in time at the Proshop. Please be checked in 15 minutes prior to your tee time.
