Discuss the application of Non-Invasive Ventilation for COPD exacerbation, CHF, and asthma; and its use in early extubation. Describe the application of mechanical ventilation for patients with obstructive disorders, dynamic hyperinflation, severe asthma and COPD. Discuss weaning protocols and predicting readiness for extubation.
