Oil filtration of existing 02 Nos. 750 KVA transformers installed at Kapas Bhawan, Plot no.3A, sector‐10, CBD, Belapur, Navi Mumbai – 400 614. NIL 1000/‐ 15 days The Scope of work: i) Arranging and completing oil filtration of transformers, necessary shutdown without hampering the office working hours, their testing and addition of required quantity of oil in the Transformers, transportations, labour, machinery, equipments etc. complete including Earth testing, replacement of silica gel in breathers. The Test reports duly signed and should have validity with local electrical authority, shall be given to the Corporation for record. 1. Blank Quotations forms for the said work are available at above address to free of cost on all working days between 11.00 am to 5.00 p.m. up to 18/12/2014. 2. The tender documents can also be down loaded from the Corporation’s web site i.e. www.cotcorp.gov.in and Govt. portal for tenders. 3. Tenderer must visit the site for visual inspection before given their offer in enclosed Financial Bid‐II. 4. Details of both the Transformers are enclosed at Annexure – A. 5. The tenderer must enclose self attested copies of PAN Card and Valid Electrical Contractor’s License. 6. Earnest money amounting to Rs. 1000/‐ in the form of Crossed Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque drawn on any of the nationalized/Scheduled Banks drawn in favour of THE COTTON CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD., must accompany each tender. Any quotation not accompanied by the requisite Earnest Money and other documents that are not complete, is liable to be rejected. 7. The work shall be completed within 15 days from the date of issue of work order; otherwise 8. penalty will be levied @ 1% per week subject to maximum of 5% of work order value. The EMD of unsuccessful tenderer will be retuned as it is to them and EMD of successful tenderer on completion of work satisfactorily. 9.
