Executive Mayor thanks developers
for rejuvenating Bloemfontein CBD

he Executive Mayor of Mangaung Metro
Municipality, Cllr. Thabo Manyoni, wants
to thank all the business people who are
involved in the development and rejuvenation of the
Bloemfontein CBD.
“In recent times I have noticed the huge investments
that a number of the private developers have made
towards the upgrading of a number of buildings
within the Bloemfontein CBD.
I would like to use this opportunity to thank you for
the confidence that you have shown in the City by
investing in the development of various new offices
and/or businesses in Bloemfontein.
Furthermore, I would also like to point out to you
that your investment is in line with the city’s vision in
rejuvenating the CBD and keeping it economically
vibrant. In this regard it is worth noting that the City
will be investing an amount of nearly R 75 000 000
into various projects during the 2014/15 financial
year in order to rejuvenate the CBD.”
