Fidelis XPS BladeArray delivers our patented Deep Session Inspection® technology to accommodate network capacities
up to 20Gbps. Through a scalable, blade-based architecture, Fidelis XPS BladeArray can be used to provide real-time
analysis of traffic entering and leaving networks to enable customers to maintain their security posture as requirements
grow.
Organizations can deploy Fidelis XPS technology and its full range of use-cases including Advanced Malware Protection,
Network Security Analytics, and Data Theft Protection, on high capacity networks at key points of control as well as
internal aggregation points, such as those leading to a data center or campus distribution point.

Fidelis XPS BladeArray is delivered as an enterprise-ready hardware solution with provisions for high-availability, adaptive load-balancing, and integrated remote management.

COMPONENTS AND DEPLOYMENT
Fidelis XPS BladeArray is populated with a pre-determined set of Fidelis XPS Blades, running either Fidelis XPS Direct or
Fidelis XPS Internal software. The chassis can host between one and 14 Fidelis XPS Blades, providing between 2Gbps
and 20Gbps of capacity with blades available for fault-tolerant operation.
Fidelis XPS BladeArray:
9U chassis with advanced management module, redundant power supplies,
management network switch, and load-balancing switch.
Fidelis XPS Blade:
Hardware blade plugs into Fidelis XPS BladeArray chassis and runs Fidelis XPS
Sensor software.
Fidelis XPS Software:
Licensed Fidelis XPS Direct or Fidelis XPS Internal software.
An internal switch provides the session-aware, load-balancing function to distribute traffic between Fidelis XPS Blades. The load-balancing function is adaptive, so in the case of a detected failure or when traffic exceeds the capacity of
a single blade, it will be redistributed to other blades without service interruption. To increase analysis capacities as requirements grow, Fidelis XPS Blades
can be added to provide increasing capacity to the solution.
