In His Love, Pastor Cox concord BA P T I S T C H U RC H NarroWay Theatre Presents BAP CRITTER KEEPER c FUN WITH CREEPY-CRAWLY CRITTERS We are starting the year off with a bang! On January 4th from 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. we will be having Mr. Randy the "Critter Keeper" in the gym. While you are in Abide or the traditional service your children will be amazed by the many critters that Mr. Randy brings with him. There will be a variety of animals from spiders, scorpions, lizards, and even snakes! There will of course be a spiritual message to go along with all of these creepy animals! While you are worshipping your children will be in good hands. This would be a great night to invite a friend or family. If you are interested in helping control the kids with the critters just let Bro. Evan know. ur next edition of Parent 2 Parent will be "virtual"! A big part of our 2015 family calendar will have to do with missions. If we are going to teach our children to give to missions they must first have the foundation down of money. Therefore, our January Parent 2 Parent will be "Money Management for Kids". The class will address things like separating your money into categories like spend, save, and give. It will also discuss appropriate "allowance" or "commission" and age appropriate chores to earn money. sually we offer these classes on a Sunday morning and Wednesday evening. This month we will try a "virtual" setup so you can do it at your convenience. The way it will work is we will have a page on our website that you can go to. Once on that page you can watch the training video and click on any of the document resources that go along with it. I encourage you to be sure to watch this in January because as our missions projects come up your children will have the foundation they need to start giving their own money. More details of this will be coming your way in early January. We have 18 basketball and 3 cheerleading teams ready to go this season. Every Saturday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. there will be ministry going on in the gym. This means WE NEED MORE HELP! Our practices start this week. Please be in prayer for our players and coaches. Also, if you are interested in helping out as a scoreboard operator, referee, or concession stand worker please let Bro. Evan know.
