Our History
HCIFTCI Group LLC is a commodities
trading company, trading worldwide in
energy products, agricultural products and
other commodities. We are traders at heart.
We are a privately held company. From the beginning, our company was created with
the aim of becoming a global commodities trading company. We build our business
around providing quality service to our customers, delivering quality products and doing
business effectively.
We are not the largest or most well known trading company but we strive to do our
business using the same rigorous approach to helping our buyers and sellers manage
their risk, through due diligence and a strong network of partners whether it is
manufacturers, suppliers or other trading companies.
Our business activates involves sourcing crude oil, and other petroleum derivatives from
refineries or allocation owners and offering these products to qualified end buyers.
However, we are not only focused on the trading oil, our activities also includes trading
copper, scrap, industrial metals, fertilizer, copy paper and a range of dry bulk
commodities and agricultural products.

refinery, the title holder or consulting companies and
or businesses that are owners of the oil. We work with
both buyers and sellers and have worked carefully to

Due Diligence
Working with our company whether you are a buyer or a seller, we want
you to feel confident working with us. We choose to work with only buyers
and sellers that are reputable, capable and have a sound background.
Therefore we perform a preliminary due diligence check on each buyer and
seller we do business with. We know our buyers and sellers will have their
own due diligence team however, we cannot accept an offer from a seller or
present an offer to a buyer; without knowledge of the company behind the
offer.

A willing and ready Letter of Intent with detailed information
concerning their purchase.
Present verifiable documents that they have the financial means to
make the purchase. In every case a simple statement from the
buyer’s bank confirming the current amount available; equaling
the amount needed to complete the contract. This should be on the
buyer’s bank letterhead and signed by the buyer’s bank officer.

product they are offering to sell. The preliminary due diligence is used to
ensure that our company maintains a network of qualified and reliable

Our Team
Our team consists of four individuals who are insightful, intelligent, and
resourceful and from a diverse background ranging from insurance brokerage,
finance and commodity trading.

The company is headed by Mr. Ciftci the Managing Director located in Turkey.
Mr. Ciftci has over 10 years in trading which involved trading in petroleum,
minerals and metals and other commodities. Before creating HCIFTCI Group
LLC, He worked in various positions as either CEO or Executive Director. Prior
to becoming the head of HCIFTCI Group LLC he worked as president of
Biodiesel Company located in Mersin, Turkey. Throughout his professional
career, he been instrumental in assisting other companies and government
agencies to locate resources needed for a particular project or to grow their
business. He realized his talent for allocating recourses and with a growing
contact list of over 3,000 manufacturers, businesses, suppliers, he decided to
create his own company allocating resources for buyers and finding buyers for
suppliers.



Our team keeps our communication simple, because we have a stress-free
approach to doing business. We are not concerned with titles or the undue use of
exaggeration in self profiles and business operation.
