Prayer and Evangelism
As I read the words, “Finally, brothers and sisters, pray for us that the
word of the Lord may speed ahead and be honored as happened
among you”, it struck me. Is this a present Word from the Lord for
Clearcreek Chapel? Could it be that the One who is sovereign over the
salvation of the lost speaks to us these words in order to motivate our
obedience in two areas? Talking to God about unbelievers and talking
to unbelievers about God are two activities we as a church do. Read
and reflect on 2Thessalonians 2:13-3:5 with a growing desire to pray
for conversions and to speak the gospel to the unconverted.
