E.M.D. 2.5% on total value of quoted price by way of DD drawn in favour of the Registrar,
Adikavi Nannaya University to be enclosed.
2.
Without E.M.D. and samples the quotation will not be considered.
3.
Rate should be inclusive of all taxes.
4.
Preference will be given to the firms having own high-tech printing press.
5.
Last date for submission of the quotation is 23.01.2015 by 3.00 PM.
6.
Quotations will be opened on the same day by 4.00 PM at Administrative Office, Rajah Rajah
Narendra Nagar, Rajahmundry-533 296.
7.
Quantity required may be varied while placing orders.
8.
Time limit for the supply of items is within three weeks from the date of Purchase Order.
Note: The University has right to accept, reject or cancel the tenders fully or partially without assigning any
reasons.
