HR Related Legal Topics : Understanding Undue Hardship and Due Diligence
Presented by Christopher D. Robertson & Daniel Baldwin - Baldwin Law
Chris is now an associate lawyer at Baldwin Law in Belleville and includes employment law in his
practice. Drawing on his past work experience and his current practice, Chris is an advocate for developing
practical and proactive solutions to prevent or mitigate against the most common and emerging employmentrelated legal worries. Chris has a particular interest in employment-related human rights issues.
Dan joined Baldwin Law as an associate in June 2014 after his call to the bar. Dan summered and articled in
Toronto at Hicks Morley where his focus was labour and employment law. Dan has appeared before the
Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice. He continues to grow his practice in all
areas of litigation at Baldwin Law, while focusing on the development of a strong labour and employment
practice at the firm.
