in India. The national honour of Padma Shri was
conferred on him by the government of India in the year 2002,

India. Dr. Mahajan was appointed as Honorary Radiologist to the
President of India in 1998, becoming the first ever Radiologist to

ten countries in Asia and Africa and brings an extensive thirty
years of experience in areas of Corporate and Business Strategy,
Efficiency enhancement, Municipal Finance and Management,
Policy Framework and Institutional Strengthening. He has
worked extensively with various governments, international aid
agencies and donors, and had been a former Chairman of the
Public Administration and Management- Technical Advisory
Panel (PAMNET) of the Africa Capacity Building Foundation

Mr. Vishal Marwaha is the Chief Advisor
