The Sub-Collector, Chhatrapur -cum-Chairman, RMC Hinjilicut invites percentage rate bids for the work in the
table below from the eligible ‘B’ & ‘A’ class contractors registered with Govt. of Odisha or equivalent class of Govt.
of India / C.P.W.D. /central undertaking / Railway / M.E.S in conformity with Detail Tender Call Notice to be
eventually drawn in P.W.D. P1 form so as to be received up to 5:00 P.M. on dt. 15.01.2015 in the Office of the
RMC, Hinjilicut, At / Po.–Hinjilicut, Dist. – Ganjam, PIN–761102 through registered / speed post only.

The Detailed Tender documents can be obtained from Office of the RMC Hinjilicut from dt 29.12.2014 to dt
12.01.2015 during office hours of any working day on payment of paper cost (non-refundable).The bid
document can also be downloaded during the above period from official website of Ganjam district
(http://www.ganjam.nic.in) & OSAM Board website (http://www.osamboard.org). The bid will be
opened on dt. 16.01.2015 at 11.00 A.M. at Office of the Sub-Collector, Chhatrapur, Dist:- Ganjam in
presence of the tenderer/ authorized agents if any. The RMC will not be held responsible for any postal delay.

to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
