Duties of the Board of Directors include but are not limited to: enforce the governing documents, develop a workable budget, attend and participate in meetings, inform members of important Board decisions and transactions, act on budget items, establish sound fiscal policies and maintain accurate records. Four (4) Board of Directors positions will be available in April at the Annual Meeting. Any homeowner within the San Lucas Community may apply for the ballot for these positions. Each term shall be two (2) years, beginning with and following the vote at the Annual Meeting in April. A slate of candidates needs to be established by February 28, 2015.
