FROM THE CHAIRMAN…
Expanding Electronic Banking
Convenience in 2015
Increasingly, businesses are adopting
New Initiatives to
new technologies and mobile devices
Help You Manage
in order to streamline processes,
Your Financial Life
increase efficiency and provide added
convenience to their employees. As
part of our ongoing efforts to allow you to access your money – your
way – we have several initiatives planned for the coming year.
Direct Deposit:
Fast and Secure!
Tired of having to stop by a service center
to deposit your paycheck or having to
wait for your annual tax return check in
the mail? Sign up for Direct Deposit, a
secure and reliable way to electronically
deposit your checks into your Savings,
Checking or Money Market Savings Account. You can use Direct Deposit for:
Recent Online Banking Enhancements
• Payroll checks
We continue to regularly expand our electronic banking products and
services to provide you with the secure convenience you need to
manage your money.
• Government checks, including Income Tax Refunds
Members can now take advantage of:
• Additional Users – allowing you to create additional Online
Banking user profiles for a spouse or child, eliminating the need to
share a Username and Password.
• Social Security payments
• Pensions and Retirement income
• And other regular monthly checks
For questions about Direct Deposit, contact a Member Service Representative at
(719) 574-1100 or 800-525-9623, or stop by any of our local service centers.
• Entitlements – providing you with greater control over what your
additional users can see and do on your account.
•And, Switch Accounts – a feature for members with more than one
Ent account which allows you to quickly and securely switch between
your accounts within Online Banking, without having to log off and
log back on.
Upgraded Online Banking for Business and Corporate Accounts
Later this year, we will be assisting Business and Corporate accounts in
migrating to our upgraded Online Banking system. Instead of using
separate Online Banking systems to access their individual and business
Ent accounts as they do today, all members will use the same Online
Banking system. As part of this upgrade, Business and Corporate
accounts will be able to take advantage of our Mobile Banking Website
and free Mobile Banking App – including the ability to deposit checks
via mobile devices.
All of these initiatives are guided by you – our member-owners – and
our desire to continue providing the products and services you need to
conveniently manage your financial life.

Electronics
Recycling Events
Do you have old computers,
laptops, printers and other
electronics you no longer need?
The Better Business Bureau, in partnership with Ent, Blue Star Recyclers, Navakai and Fox 21, is
sponsoring free electronics recycling events next month. The business event will take place on
Friday, February 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the event for individuals will be on Saturday,
February 28 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Both events will be held in the parking lot adjacent to our
Woodmen Service Center in Colorado Springs.
As part of recycling this equipment, hard drives and other data storage devices will be shredded
in order to safeguard any sensitive business or personal data they may contain. Computer
monitors and televisions will also be accepted; however, there will be a fee of $1 per diagonal
screen inch to cover the glass recycling cost.
Applications Open for Ent’s 2015
Youth Endowment Series Grants
Ent’s Youth Endowment Series (YES) grant program, established in 2000, provides
grants to organizations benefiting children and young people in our communities.
Non-profit agencies serving youth in the Pueblo, Firestone and Colorado Springs
areas are invited to apply for a YES grant. Applications must be received by
February 6, 2015 for evaluation by a volunteer panel of Ent employees. Awards are
determined based on the organization’s general benefit to the community,
potential ability to use the Ent grant to obtain additional funds and degree of
current community support, among other criteria.
For more information, or to apply, visit Ent.com/YesGrants.
Another Successful United Way
Campaign in 2014
Ent employees wrapped up another successful United Way campaign at the end of
2014 – raising a record-breaking $186,753 to help those in need in our
community. All funds raised came directly from Ent employees in the form of
payroll deductions and internal fundraising efforts. Ent has been a strong
supporter of United Way for more than 20 years and for the past eight years our
employees have raised more than $100,000 a year!
