APPLICATION CHECKLIST Critical steps and due dates when applying for Peoria Promise Peoria Promise is a 100% donor-funded program that offers eligible Peoria area students attending Illinois Central College (ICC) up to a 100% tuition scholarship. If you’ve determined you’re qualified to apply for Peoria Promise, use this checklist to ensure you meet all the criteria and due dates to ensure eligibility. If you aren’t sure if you qualify to apply, reference our qualification checklist at www.peoriapromise.org. Use this checklist as you apply for Peoria Promise q 1 Apply at ICC Apply at ICC (www.icc.edu) and receive an ICC e-Services username, password, email address and password. It can take up to five business days for you to receive this information and you will need it in order to apply for Peoria Promise. If you misplace your user name, password or email address, contact ICC for support. ICC Financial Aid Office: 309-694-5311, [email protected] NOTE q 3 due date due date Approximately one out of every three FAFSA applications is randomly selected for verification by the Federal Government. You may also be required to verify missing or incorrect information. If you are required to verify any information, you must do so within 2 weeks of receiving notification from ICC, even if you suspect you are not eligible for any financial aid, or you will not receive Peoria Promise. Submit Letter of Intent and Commitment Agreement Find the form and guidelines at www.peoriapromise.org Mail to : Peoria Promise Office, 620 W. It is your responsibility to work with the Financial Aid Office at ICC to complete your financial aid requirements. After your FAFSA information is received by ICC, you may need to submit all additional information to the Financial Aid Office before you can be eligible to receive an award.
