DECLARATION
I declare that this thesis entitled " EXPLORATION OF THE
INNER
LOCALES OF CHARACTERS OF ANITA DESAI" is my own work conducted
under the supervision of Dr A.Q. Khan, at (Cent.-e) Durga Mahavidhyalaya, Raipur,
(M.P) approved by the Research Degree Committee.
This study began under the supervison of Late Dr R.J. Chandani, Govt
Arts & Science College, Durg (M.P.). It is sad that he died before the study could
be completed.
I have put in more than 300 days of attendance with the supervisor at
the centre.
I further declare that to the best of my knowledge the thesis does
not contain any part of any work, which has been submitted for the award of any
degree either in this University or any University/Deemed University without proper
citation.
