Olcott Ave. in Chicago. Due to the increase in participants over the past several years, we may need to limit registration in some of our leagues. Preference will be given to returning players that sign up during the open registration dates listed above. The remaining spots will be filled on a first come first served basis. **** Any player, including returning players, registering after the open registration dates listed above will incur a $10.00 late fee and may be put on a waiting list. **** Age eligibility is determined as of April 30, 2015 for boy’s baseball and current grade for girls’ softball. (PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR CHILD’S FRIENDS AND COACHES PRIOR TO REGISTRATION TO ENSURE YOUR CHILD IS BEING PLACED IN THE CORRECT DIVISION) ***ONCE DRAFTS ARE COMPLETE THEIR WILL BE NO CHANGING OF TEAMS*** Exceptions based on grade-level may be allowed with board approval. Oriole Park Baseball is a not-for-profit organization providing organized baseball to over 1400 children. We are always looking for volunteers to help us continue to make this a successful organization. Please talk with one of the league officers at the time of registration if you are interested in lending us a hand. Hold Harmless Agreement and Medical Consent Agreement I (we), the parent(s) or legal guardian of the minor named above, give my (our) consent and approval for the minor to participate in any and all activities of Oriole Park Baseball Association during the current season. In consideration of my (our) minor’s acceptance in said activities, I (we) hereby knowingly agree that the activities the registered minor are participating in are recognized by Illinois law to be covered under the “Contact Sports Exception” and assumption of risk concerning contact sports.
