LIFE SKILLS CLASS #3: The third and last of our Life Skills Classes will be held on January 27th, 10:30 AM, in the Rec Room. The title is Healthy Heart, something near and dear to us seniors. We ate yummy goodies, drank some wine and sangria and even tempted the dominoes players with food and wine! Our results were composed of three groups: #1 - Curt and Joel, who only won over the other two teams by three points! #2 and #3 spots were tied, with Barb and Betty and Rod and Fred. Stay tuned to find out when the next trivia night will occur (after the holidays, of course). We may change the night but will announce the correct night through the newsletter, cable news and at the Saturday morning social. -- Sara Robbins REMINDER to all Owners who have Rental Properties, please remember that the Rule changed in October 2014. ALL Renters must have an annual background check and report in at the office upon arrival. There is also a $25.00 charge per occupant. Anything else will cause blockage in the pipes.
