Position Objective
OGIO is searching for a candidate that loves a challenge and thrives on creating efficient and accurate results. Key Accounts
Collection Specialist is responsible for working with Big Box accounts. Position has complete ownership of collections, problem
solving, invoicing issues and identifying root causes of issues.
Responsibilities include:








Collects payments in accordance with payment due dates.
Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discusses them with Sales Management.
Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to support the Accounts Receivable
Department.
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Big box accounts.
Responsible for researching and recovering chargebacks from Big box retailers.
Weekly and monthly reporting to Director of Finance and Credit Manager.
Enhances credit and collection and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing
new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the accounting department.
Qualifications










High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3+ years of corporate collections experience.
Prior Big box retailer accounts receivable experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to interface at all levels of business via written & verbal
communication.
General Math Skills.
Proactive & Reliable individual that also works well with teams.
High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Oracle experience will also aid in candidacy for position.
Ability to handle multiple projects, while being self-motivated and proven experience to work
independently and as a team.
