Submission:
MicroEnsure on behalf of GP verifies Insurance
Cover and guides claimant on required
documents
– Death certificate of insured person
– National ID Card of Insured
– National ID Card of claimant
Claimant submits required documents at GPC
MicroEnsure checks documents and submits to
Pragati for approval
Pragati reviews documents and claim details
and makes decision re validity of claim based
on information received from MicroEnsure
Pragati raises cheque for valid claims and
advises MicroEnsure of claims decision
MicroEnsure calls customer to confirm decision,
and arrange delivery of cheque via GPC for valid
claims
It requires 7 days to complete the whole process
