the field of minimally invasive mitral valve repairs will be interacting and demonstrating
the intricacies of this advanced technique. Professor Nicolas Doll from Germany and
Mr. James Edwards from Australia will take us through two days of live surgeries, lectures
and interactive sessions. Along with them will be a team of national faculty who too will
share their experience with us.

Prof. Doll has one of the largest experiences in minimally invasive mitral
valve repairs. He was formerly a consultant at Leipzig Heart Centre and a
key surgeon in the pioneering team in Germany for MIVS and surgical
ablation procedures.

Senior Consultant, Cardiothoracic surgery, Royal Adelaide Hospital, South Australia
Mr. James Edwards is a well experienced minimally invasive cardiac surgeon
having done a large number of MIVS cases and taught the finer aspects of
MICS across Australasia.
