ASU training gives you the knowledge, skills and confidence to fulfil your role as a Delegate. Attending
the course enables you to meet Delegates from other organisations and learn from each other. Please
speak to your Organiser about enrolling or phone our Member Service Centre on 9427 7777.SU
One day introductory Dispute Resolution Skills course: Introduces you to your Role,
Responsibilities, Rights and Skills for handling workplace issues and disputes.
This course is open to Regional Delegates.
Please apply to ASU for your accommodation and transport to be subsidised.

Three-day Advanced Dispute Resolutions Skills course: Builds on the Skills and Knowledge
