Non Destructive Chemicals for Testing of Metals and Welds for Surface Flaws
Benefits
Helps detection of microscopic cracks on metals that cannot be visibly located by naked eyes. Equally effective on parent and
weld metals. Excellent source of non-destructive examination. Chlorine and sulphur content extremely low. Due to extremely
low chlorine content product can be safely used on stainless steel, nickel, monel and other exotic materials. Detects cracks as
low as 30 microns and 2 x 50 microns on a Japanese Ni-Cr test panels. Conforms to ASTM E-165 & IS 12889. Approved by
RDSO Specs M&C/NDT/105/2001.
Applications
For detection of surface flaws on dies, moulds, tools, jigs, pressure vessels subjected to pressure and thermal cycles. For
forgings, castings, high temperature and low temperature equipment. As a pre test during welding layers to prevent ultimate

Red Insulating Varnish

Die Electric Compound

HVG 21
High Vaccum Compound
Benefits
Low volatility and very low vapour pressure of base. Excellent chemical resistance. Its excellent sealability makes it an ideal
choice for high vacuum and high pressure systems. It can withstand vacuum pressures upto 10-6 torr.
Applications
Sealant cum lubricant for glass joints, stop cocks, plug valves, control valves, ceramic plug cocks and chemical process

Applications

PRINTKOTE
Transparent Dry Conformal Coating for PCB Assemblies
Benefits
Fast drying and easy to apply. Adheres well and forms a tough flexible non-conductive film. Protects PCBs from dust, humidity,
