committee ki taraf se ,NZ ke nawabo ke shahr Lucknow pahunchne ke lie dhanyawad deta hu.
Jaisa aap jante hain ki pichle maheene hamare zonal team ke sakriya sadasya shri harcharan lal (JT.
SEC tech/sr. Tech) ka dehant hua. Wo bahut karmath aur mehanati the. Unke jaane se bahut shati
hui hai ARTEE ko. Aur mere lie to personal loss hai.
After elections new NZ committee ki sabse pehli meeting CE NZ(AVM) ke sath 21/8/2013 ko hui jo ki
welcome meeting ke saath saath agenda based meeting thi.isme meine apne centeral leaders ko bhi
invite kia tha .
 Is meeting ka sabse pehla agenda point tha helpers ka 25% aur DED/DET/MT ka 65% quata ki list
jo kai saal se nai nikli thi use nikalwana. Meine, umesh ji, yogesh ji aur anil singhal ji ne ADG shri
OK Sharma v anya official side ko fact batlae. Hamne kaha ki in cadre ko should be treated at par
with other cadrewho got hte benefit of 25/2/99, shri OK Sharma ji YK singh ji to sehmat ho gaye
isse bt DDG Ruchi Aggarwal did nt get satisfied .she said that two financial upgradation cant be
given simultaneously.(MACP+Upgradation).Then shri O.K Sharma said that he is satisfied with
our talks.He said that it should be implemented in whole India. He wrote to ADG (Admin)Sh
Sanjay Dubey (DG AIR) for its clarification.From their the file was sent to DDG Prasar Bharti Sh
Y.K Singh .President Umesh Chandra wrote a letter to Sh. Y.K Singh on 17/12/2013.On 1/1/2014
we went to wish Sh Y. K Singh for new year then and their he congratulated us and told that our
demand was accompalished.on 6/1/2014 order was passed.I have done my work.I am glad to
see that NZ first agenta point has benefitted many employees from various zones.for this I whole
heartedly thanks the centeral committee and request karta hu ki in cadre ko agar seniority cum
fitness quota chahe 5% hi sahee agar khul jae to ye ACP ke bhi hakdar ho jaenge.
 Hamare zone mein transfer list timely nikal rahee hai.usmein association se feedback li jaati
hai.hamare adhiktar cases considered ho rahe hai.Rajasthan mein Khajuwala ek aisa station
haijaha 1 and a half saal se koi koi staff post nai hua.iske lie hmne CE Sh O.K Sharma ji se baat ki
unhone ab representation pr ek saal ka likh kr chalu kr dia hai.mein apne state sec se request
krunga ki jin stations pr staff short hai vaha ke lie staff ko motivate karein.
 Hamre zone mein LISCC ki meeting regularly ho ri hai.
 MACP FOR RETIRED PERSON:- hamare jo bhai retire ho gaye hai aur jinki MACP nahee lagi thi
unko bahut pareshani ka saamna karna pad raha hai.10/10/2013 ko Prasar Bharti issued order
for MACP for 11 categories. Month December 2013-DG AIR issued order to all pay andA/C of
AIR.pr doordarshan mein abhi bhi badee pareshani a ri thi.tb mein ,yogesh ji, paritosh kaushik
aur S.P Dubey ji DG Doordarshan score section gaye aur 10/1/2014 ko same day hee DG
Doordarshan issued an order for aLL pay and account office regarding MACP for retaire person.
 DEligates of power for emergency medical bills:- sathiyo jb koi employee ya uske upar
dependent eksmatr bimar pad jata hai to us samay hospital ka kharcha uski kamar tod deta
hai.baad mein use zonal ya DG office ke chakkar lagane pad te hai.hamare NZ mein hee 14-15
lakh rupees ke medical bills pade hue the.jo ki delegates of power ke karan decide nai ho pa
rehe the.mein,umesh ji, gajendra ji,aur yogesh jiprasar bharti mein M.P Husain ji se mile.unhone
Arvind ji directo(A) ko bulakr direction issue ki.12/9/2013 ko delegates of power regarding
medical bill ka order W.B Prasad DDA mandi house ne nikala jisme HO Office ko medical bill
adjust karne ki power power di gai.pr kuch stations pr abhi bhi woi pareshani thi.wo kehte the ki
isme emergency bill nai likha.mein aur yogesh ji ko fir W.B Prasad ji se milna pda.unhone same
day purane ordr ka corrigndam nikala jisme likha tha KENDRA HPT MAY TAKE PROMT ACTION FR
SETTLING OF MEDICAL CASES INCLUDING EMERGENCY CASES.
 Problem at stations:-adhyaksh mahodya ye sirf NZ ki hee problem nai sabhi zones ki hai.ki kuch
station head staff ko facility provide ni krte.unhe harass krte hai.hamre NZ mein yeh problem
DMC-BIKANER,PGF-MATHURA,PGF-BAREILLY,aur DDK-JAIPUR mein ai.
a)DMC –Bikaner ke deputy director SH RAJESH MAHATA JI ki centeral team ki sahyog se
Bikaner to delhi transfer ho gaya hai.
b)PGF MATHURA mein visit ke lie SH UK MANDAL DDG aur DN GUPTA DD ko bhijwaya.
Problem kafi had tk solve ki gai.
c)DDK BAREILLY mein bhi 28 january ko ddg mandal aur d.n gupta ji visit ke lie gaye aur staff
se mile aur feedback lekr sh OK SHARMA jiko report di.
d)DDK JAIPUR mein inquiry set ho gai hai.jaldi report a jaegi
 TECH FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:-sathiyo court ke verdict ke baad jb DG AIR ne sabhi zones mein
tech ke financial implications ke lie letter likha.hamari NZ team ADG(A/M)O.K Sharma ji se
mile.unhone within time frame station ko order kia.do-teen reminder ke baad bhi sirf 30-35
station se data aya tb hmne kaha ki sir do saal mein bhi apke paas pura data nai aega.aap averge
banakr bhijwaie ,tab 22/10/2013ko 37 stations ka 214 logo ko 12.6 crore ka uske average rs 51
crore ka financial implication DG AIR Bhiajwaya.jissse ki jaldi se jaldi ministry ja sake.
 President sir i request u to make effort for declaring bhatinda,fajilka and ferozpur region as 1
year tenure due to cancer region of Punjab.
