Belinda serves as Lead Clinical Consultant for BAI, and is co-­‐‑founder, alongside Jason. Belinda oversees and maintains scientific integrity with all training and standards that BAI maintains across the state, oversees clinical coordination at Applied Behavior Analysis clinics that contract with BAI for support services, and oversees several programs for clients directly. Belinda is founder, and current volunteer as a Member of the Board Directors for Interlock, a not for profit who’s goal is to assist and educate families in East Central Indiana living with autism spectrum disorder and to assist local special education classrooms to accommodate needs of students with autism spectrum disorders. Lead Clinical Consultant
Belinda currently serves as lead consultant with BAI, and oversees delivery of clinical services for the company across the state. She currently leads several BCBA candidates with weekly direct and group supervision at BAI’s main office in Muncie and in surrounding school systems that BAI contracts with for behavior support services. Belinda has a passion for involvement with school corporations in East Central Indiana as well as local and state-­‐‑level law enforcement providing consultation services and staff trainings in the areas of positive behavior support and autism. Belinda is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She graduated with a Master of Arts Degree in Special Education from Ball State University in 2009 and passed her certification exam the following year. That same year she was hired as a member of the faculty in the Special Education Department at Ball State University. Currently Belinda is teaching graduate courses in the area of autism and applied behavior analysis. Belinda is currently a doctoral candidate at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Her research interests included application of the science of behavior to enhance the lives of families and individuals living with autism spectrum disorder, verbal behavior, and treatment integrity.
