 To promote the interest for nature,
adventure, sports and healthy lifestyle to
general public.
 To promote Sarawak as the Destination for

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:BORNEO TOURS SDN BHD:
1. RATES AND VALIDITY
All rates are quoted in MALAYSIA RINGGIT (MYR) and valid
until 20 November 2014.
However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, which is
over and beyond our control such as increase in transportation
cost, hotel rates, government tax, etc...BORNEO TOURS
reserves the right to alter such applicable rates without prior
notice.

2. BOOKING PROCEDURES
Reservation can be made at www.ATA.my under Event Sign up
Form. The full information is required in order to handle your
booking promptly:
i.
Names of participant with full details.
ii.
Request made over the weekends or Public
Holidays will only responded on the next working
day.
iii.
Last minute request is subject to package
availability
3. PAYMENT

must be forward to us by fax or email within the deadline set
for each booking. The company reserves the right to release
arrangement held if this requirement is not met.
4. NO SHOW & AMENDMENT AFTER CONFIRMATION:
After the payment, no refund for cancellation or amendment in
part or in full will be entertained within 6 working days prior to
the event date.
Cancellation or service fee may apply to cancellation or
amendment made to hotel, coach/bus, restaurant/cafe,
contractors or other service suppliers.
5. RISK & RESPONSIBILITY:
Every participant in this event organized by the company shall
be regarded in every aspect as carrying his / her own risk in
respect to loss or injury to a person or property. Participant
should be adequately insured for illness, injury, death, lost of
baggage and personal items, cancellation and curtailment
before joining the event.
6. LIABILITY:
 Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd & Asia Tourism Alliance Sdn Bhd act
as an agent for hotels, transport companies, restaurants,
car/bus/coach operators, event management and all
other contractors (herein collectively referred to as
“Contractors”) and therefore they and their agents do not
accept responsibility for any act, omissions, faults or
negligence by the contractor resulting injury, damage or
loss to person or goods, accident, changes of schedule or
other irregularity.
 In the event of cancellations of this event and related
route, deviation or delay due to unforeseen
circumstances, natural disaster or act of God, Borneo
Tours Sdn Bhd / Asia Tourism Alliance Sdn Bhd reserves
the right, without being liable for any loss or damage, to
change any itinerary with or without prior notice to the
contracting / booking party and its sole discretion
provided due care is taken to consider the best interest of
all concerned. All dispute, legal tussle and arbitration
arising there shall be exclusively subjected to the
jurisdiction of the court and local law in each respective
country where Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd & Asia Tourism
Alliance Sdn Bhd operate.
