The Group Facilitator is a Masters’ Level, State-Licensed Counselor experienced and trained in working with adolescents and their families treating a wide variety of mental health and substance abuse issues. The group meets three times a week. Please consult the Program Counselor for specific days and times. How are parents involved? For more than 30 years, Banner Behavioral Health has provided a nationally recognized, behavioral health care program for adolescents and teens faced with psychiatric, behavioral health or chemical dependency challenges. We are dedicated to providing safe, confidential and compassionate treatment. Ongoing communication with parents is imperative throughout the program. Parents/guardians are strongly encouraged to attend the Family Group with their adolescent, the Adolescent Group Leader and the Family Counselor once a week.
