The purpose of these reruns is to process deletes submitted after the final reconciliation process. This memo is to notify you of the deadlines for submitting deletes for the PY 2007 and 2008 reruns. The deadline to submit all PY 2007 (2006 dates of service) and PY 2008 (2007 dates of service) deletions to the Risk Adjustment Processing System (RAPS) is October 3, 2014. The sweep will occur as of October 3rd, and all deletions received by the deadline will be included in the risk score rerun. Please look at the monthly payment letters to determine when adjustments will be applied to payments.
