Teams interested, contact Gary Curtis, toll free: 866-511-7606 [email protected] Paddock Hours and Parking Information Thursday, August 28: Parking Noon-5:00 p.m. Please be ready to move-in at the appointed time. Do not attempt to enter the paddock prior to the opening time, or without the direction of a SCCA Pro Racing Official. Team Transporters that arrive early are staged outside of the main entrance. All teams please read article 2.3.4 Parking Procedures. Directions From Brainerd heading north go 5 miles on Highway 371 from the Hwy 210 and Hwy 371 intersection. BIR is on the right. From Nisswa heading south: Go south from Nisswa on Highway 371 for 8 miles. BIR is on the left. From the Twin Cities: Go west on Interstate 94 to the Clearwater exit. Head north on County Road 24 to Highway 10, West on Highway 10 to Little Falls. Take Highway 371 north at Little Falls and stay on the Baxter stretch of Hwy 371. BIR is 5 miles past Brainerd/Baxter. Paddock Restrictions The paddock is open 24 hours Security: No skateboards, bikes or rollerblades in pit area Pets permitted provided they are on leashes – fill out a pet waiver No unlicensed vehicles outside of the Paddock – see registration for authorization sticker Vehicles must have functioning headlights and tail lights – dusk to dawn First aid- see security Lost and Found – see security Full-service camp sites are available for $40. Includes hookups for water, electric and septic Campfires in fire rings provided by BIR – no fire more than 3 feet in diameter Observe quiet hours – no generators after 11pm Speed limit is 10 mph inside BIR camping areas Stay on established roads Keep all vehicles off the race track No glass containers For assistance, feel free to stop security during their drive-bys, or go to any staffed gate. Please listen to track workers and security staff. They are there for everyone’s well-being and safety. Supplementary Regulations Pit Carts and ATV’s are only allowed carrying parts and equipment to and from the pits. They are not to be used for personal transportation and are not allowed out of the paddock. All vehicles in the pits must be operated in a safe manner. Registration SCCA Pro Racing Registration is located in the Registration building located: BIR Performance Driving School bldg. Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm – In the paddock at the Series Transporter 7:00am -3:00 pm 7:00 am – 11:00 pm Over crew Pass is $20.00 per person Registration is expedited by obtaining your credentials before the first event. The necessary applications are available at the SCCA Pro Racing, and Trans-Am websites. Please contact the SCCA Pro Racing office if you need assistance 800-770-2055. Please make sure that all guests, sponsors and team members are aware of registration hours. After registration closes, the racetrack controls access and a ticket must be purchased.
