INSTALLATION

OPERATION
• Stabilizer tower – enables operator to adjust product & residue gas compositions to meet
specifications
• Dehydration of a saturated inlet gas stream accomplished by ethylene glycol injection –
water content of residue gas stream less than 3 lbs/MMscfd
• Simple operation – easy-to-learn controls
• Unmanned operation – can be remotely monitored & controlled
• Excellent turndown capability – 75% reduction to 25% of capacity
• Flame arrested burner on GRU-1 and GRU-2 units – forced air burners on separate hot oil
