Sub: Deferment of POH/ROH of CONCOR wagons
In view of the need to have additional rakes of BLC/BLL wagons in
order to enhance loading, Board has decided to permit ROH/POH overdue
running of BLC/BLL type wagons up to 30 days as a temporary measure,
effective immediately and up to 15 0 September, 2014.
All wagon maintenance depots should ensure that any overdue
POH/ROH wagon which is allowed in service as per these instructions is
examined carefully for safety and other rejectable defects as per IRCA Rules
and Wagon Maintenance Manual and rectified fully prior to being permitted
in service.
This has the approval of Board (MM).
