• Worked at ASUS in last 10 years, participated in the changes of ASUS
branding journey, managed some key strategic initiatives at ASUS
such as Lean six sigma (LSS) program, cultural value reform (ASUS
DNA), Design thinking deployment with user experience innovation
process (UXIP) and Malik leader development program;
• Currently, served as CHO and in charge
of HR operations world-wide to focus
on enhancing global talent
management and strengthening HR
global infrastructure (corporate policies
v.s. Local touches) for business
governance and global branding;
• Prior to ASUS, worked at Wistron, acer
and IBM; With over 25+ years of IT /
BPR experience for organizational
changes.
