Call for Bids for TFN Community Christmas Dinner ATTENTION ALL TFN CHEFS! We are now accepting catering bids for the Annual TFN Community Christmas Dinner. If you are interested in submitting your bid for this event, please include the following details. Total cost of purchase of food, prep, labour, food service, and post event cleanup. Ideally bids will be an all-inclusive bid of the cost per person and then totaling to food service for 300-350 ppl. Each bid must provide the main course, and dessert, juice and coffee and tea. Please provide a copy of your food safe certification, and any references for food services/events of this size. Please submit your written and sealed bid in an envelope and deliver the treaty office to Shelley Amos. The Deadline to submit your bids is: Friday November 28th-2014 at 12 noon. All home on and off reserve need to call in before the noted date. Please be mindful to pass this message on to those in need, as we are working within tight deadlines.
