Serapis Bey serves from the White Ray of Purity, which comes the action of the Ascension
Flame. In past embodiments such as Priest Guardian of the Flame in Atlantis, designer of the
Parthenon in Greece, Akhenaton IV and Amenophis III in Egypt, this great Ascended Master
serves the Earth from his etheric retreat over the Temple of Luxor in Egypt. Serapis Bay has
legions of Seraphim Angels in his command. As a great disciplinarian in assisting seekers along
the path of spiritual initiation, Serapis Bey's Sacred Fire Love works with us primarily on the
level of our Higher Mental Body (Christ Self). We may call to the white fire flames of this Being
along with his legions of angels for great assistance in our purification of the entire human
energetic hologram and the raising of our vibrational frequencies and light quotients.

Serapis was embodied as a high priest in the Ascension Temple on Atlantis who migrated to Egypt at the
time of the destruction of Atlantis more than 11,500 years ago
He was the Egyptian pharaoh Amenhotep III, c. 1417-1379 B.C. called "the Magnificent." He brought
Egypt to its height of diplomatic prestige, prosperity and peace. His extensive building of monuments,
palaces and temples included construction of the temple of Luxor, which was built to correspond to the
outline of the human skeletal framework; Careful studies of its architecture have revealed that the entire
temple explains many secret functions of the organs and nerve centers.
While in embodiment in Egypt as Akhenaton IV and Amenophis III he built the Temples at Thebes and
at Karnak
Serapis was also embodied as Leonidas, king of Sparta. In 480 B.C., with only three hundred soldiers, he
resisted the advance of Xerxes' vast Persian army in a Herculean effort at Thermopylae. Though finally
defeated, their fight to the last man is celebrated in literature as the epitome of heroism in the face of
overwhelming odds, and it inspired the Greek people to resist invasion, and cleared the way for the
classical "Golden Age" of Greece
After being killed as Leonidas in the battle of Thermopylae, Serapis immediately re-embodied as Phidias
(c.480 B.C. - c.430 B.C.), the greatest of all classical Greek architects and sculptors. He brought forth the
design of the Parthenon and supervised the building of it (dedicated in 438 B.C.)

Serapis Bey is Chohan (Master) of the third Ray and is Master of the Ascension flame and the Resurrection flame.
The 3rd ray is the ray of Active Intelligence and is connected with the principle of taking intelligence (of all sorts)
that has been made available for the world, and then organising it in a concrete manner to aid our evolutionary
path. He used to be Chohan of the 4 th ray, but as the world is evolving and there is becoming more emphasis on
the 3rd ray, the Mahachohan has assumed more responsibility in his role and Serapis Bey has been asked to head

Egypt. The Brothers and Sisters of the Ascension Temple have dedicated their lives to sustaining the Ascension
Flame - through which all who qualify may return "Home" to the Heart of God and the Ascended Masters'
Octave. … When mankind allowed its consciousness to be impregnated with shadows and lost the control of its
thought and feeling worlds, some few realized that a way back to Perfection must be found and sustained. While

Description: Every being who has sublimated
the impure energies of his own world has
received assistance from the Brotherhood of
the Ascension Temple to help in the
acceleration of the vibratory action of the
electrons composing the atoms in the four
lower bodies. This momentum of ascending
energy is increased by the Gratitude and
Thanksgiving of each Being who ascended on
Its current into the God-Free estate. The
Seraphic Beings who serve with the

together all the prayer-force of mankind and

The Ascension Temple and Retreat at
Luxor is near the Nile River in the
desert of Egypt. There is a large square
white building made of stone with a
high wall surrounding it. There is a
large and beautiful courtyard with
fountains and nearly every species of
flower and bird, for the purpose of the
perpetuation of them. The Ascension
Temple is built in a square; in
construction, it is composed of tall
columns, twelve on each side; these are
whitish or colorless. The Temples, one
within the other, are the action of the
Seven Rays. The first room or square is
ascending current become more strong,
powerful and efficacious for those following
after him. The use of any Activity of the
Sacred Fire increases the Power of that Fire for
all others, even as the first explorer, cutting his
way through the brush, makes it easier for the

Room which composes the center is all
white. There are no doors between the
columns, the dividing line being
formed by Radiation of the respective
Rays. The outer Temple is large and
can accommodate a great number of
people. A neophyte coming into the
Retreat knows only the outermost
room. It being the activity of the blue,
he would not see beyond that or into
the next one, he would have no idea
there was another room, another
portion of the building there, until his
consciousness was raised and he was
prepared to enter the vibratory action of
the next section whereupon he would
simply walk in, between some pillars.
The Altar is in the center of the Flame
room and is shaped like a pyramid, on
the top of which is an Egyptian urn
holding the Ascension Flame. The
chelas encircle the Altar, at ceremonies.
The activity of twelve is used
throughout this Retreat. The Twelve
Virtues of the Godhead (which the
zodiacal signs represent) are
represented around the Altar. There is a
collection of valuable fine arts, and a
great library of rare books accessible to
those admitted to the Retreat, with no
instruction as to what pursuit to follow.
Absolute obedience is a demand of the
Brotherhood of the Ascension at Luxor,
in Their Retreat, where the demand for
complete obedience is inflexible. They
give training in controlling vibration
and energy, and the mastery of
substance.
History of the Ascension Temple: The Retreat at Luxor represents the action of drawing-in, or
completing the cycle of Earth's evolution; while the Royal Teton Retreat represents the going forth. The
Brotherhood of Luxor usually wear white robes with crystal trimmings at the hem and cuffs and a sun
over the heart. The headdress has a golden band with a sun and with wings of flame on either side, on
the forehead. The motto of the Retreat is "Try”. Many thousands of individuals have the opportunity
now to be prepared to make the Ascension at inner levels without having to re-embody. These
lifestreams are taken to the Ascension Temples in the inner realms and there they are taught the Law and
given assistance of the Ascension Flame. The Dispensation for this was obtained January 1, 1954, by
Archangel Michael. The Ascension Temples at inner levels were opened April 14, 1954, to all those
who came under the Dispensation, whereby they would not have to re-embody but could make the
Ascension from there. These Temples with about forty-foot doors, are all white and have the capacity to
seat thousands of persons.
History of The Ascension Flame: The Focus of the Ascension Flame was changed when Atlantis
sank. At that time the actual Flame was carried by those who loved It, priests and priestesses of the
Sacred Fire, across the seas to the land of Egypt. Here, traversing the Nile (some 480 miles south) they
reverently established a new Focus at Luxor for this Ascension Flame and have guarded It since that
day! The Ascension Flame was taken by Serapis to that locality just before the sinking of Poseidonis
(the last remnant of Atlantis). He established It there and in later embodiments built a Temple around It.
The present subterranean Retreat was built during the decline of Egypt, one building has been retained
above ground. The entrance to the Ascension Temple is through this white building. There are other
buildings below the earth's surface which are used by the Brotherhood of Luxor.

The Assistance of The Ascension Flame: The Ascension Flame gives assistance to those who have
turned from desires of the outer and make effort to the attainment of the Ascension and fulfill their destiny. The
Brotherhood have sustained the Ascension Flame since It was taken there. The discipline is strict and therefore it
is not an inducement for students to go there. This Brotherhood has always been small in numbers because of the
severity of discipline required in this Retreat. With the assistance of the Brotherhood the dormant, deep rooted
qualities and the last vestige of one's human creation is brought forth to be transmuted. When it is done, this
enables the Ascension to take place. … The Ascension Flame raises the vibratory action of an individual; at a
certain point of frequency It neutralizes or cuts the gravity pull and serves as a bridge from the human existence

the Great White Lodge in the etheric of Sirius or other similar Ashrams, such as Shamballa, the Spiritual
headquarters to Earth. The influence of this ray may also find you starting a new direction in your Life or creating
new energy systems. As many people on this third ray are mentally gifted, the key to integrating this ray is to find
the way to your heart, and further to this, recognize and embrace the Divine Equality of all Life. You may read

I call upon my Mighty I-AM Presence, my higher Light of the Self, my Overself of the Christ, Mother-Father God
and the entire Company of Heaven; I call upon all the Beings of Light from on High that I personally
acknowledge and in particular the Teachers and Master Guides that are assisting me in my transformation in to
Light. And today, I especially call upon my Guardian Angels, and the Archangels in my spiritual company as I
call down the higher aspects* of the 3rd Ray of Divine Intelligence. I now call upon Master Serapis Bey to
overlight and guide me and to assist me in developing the highest qualities of the 3rd Planetary Ray of Divine
Intelligence. Further, I ask Master Serapis to guide me from his Etheric Seat in Luxor in the building of my Light
quotient, the Christed Light of my Becoming; to assist me in opening, anchoring, activating and actualizing my

What are the Rays?

The rays can be described as vibrational frequencies of Divine Unfolding Light emanating from the Cosmic Heart
of Mother/Father God. They bring with them particular qualities, colors, and sonic vibrations that are integrated
within our various energy bodies, and allow us to be conscious of ourselves as these magical Beings of Light.
They further assist in the activation of the dormant DNA, and the awakening to our multidimensional memories.
As such, the influence of the rays can take us into a deeper understanding of our Light work, as well as giving
insight into particular behavioral patterns we may still be integrating.
Alice Bailey, through her trance channelings with Djwhal Khul, brought through much information on the first
seven rays, and in recent years this has been expanded upon by authors and Spiritual facilitators such as Dr.
Stone, Brian Grattan, and Janet McClure, to name a few. Since August 7, 1972, there has been an additional five
higher rays available to Humanity. The five rays, rays eight to twelve, carry a higher vibration of Source Light.
They do not have the level of dualities that exist within the first seven rays, and are having an amazing influence
on the anchoring and activating of our own wonderful Higher Light and in the actualization of our true nature as
Master Beings of Love and Light.
During the first Harmonic Convergence, between August 15-17, 1987, and the unprecedented Light activities
experienced at this time, six Cosmic rays were partially anchored onto the Earth through the Overlighting of the
Mahatma, the Cosmic Avatar of Synthesis. At this time, a Galactic portal through this quadrant of the Galaxy was
reopened, which allowed the six Cosmic rays to come pouring forth onto the Earth plane. The six Cosmic rays,
which were withdrawn just prior to the Fall of Atlantis, are Service rays; and were not completely anchored onto
the Earth until April 23, 1994.

The Rays may be fundamentally summed up as being the energies of the Creator / Source / God
(whatever phrase you choose) which has been stepped down and “divided” into aspects and smaller
components, to make all that has been created function effectively and efficiently. There has to be sense,
organisation and direction at the heart of All That Is, or else there would be chaos. And in chaos, there
could be neither progress nor learning. All of us are born with lessons to learn that concentrate on the
themes of one or more of the Rays that govern the Spiritual Growth and Order of the Planet. We usually
incarnate with a purpose that has its main emphasis on one or perhaps two of the Rays, with lesser
emphases on partial aspects of the remainder of the Rays. Our planet herself is a sentient and evolving
life-form and has a special relationship with the 2nd Ray, which is a golden-yellow colour and known as
the Ray of Divine Wisdom. This supports the main purpose for which the Earth herself has manifested
and, together with the 1st and 3rd Rays of Divine Love and Divine Will, these are the 3 Rays that have
the greatest influence on her Spiritual evolution and in turn affect the nature of the growth and
development of all life-forms evolving upon her.
Each of the Rays has at its head an Ascended Master of great experience in working with that Ray
energy, who is its Chohan or overseer. Many of the Ascended Masters, including the Chohans, will as
part of their duties take on governance of one or more Ashrams - places of learning and guidance where
we may travel in our soul bodies whilst our physical body is at rest and when we are in our soul bodies
between incarnations. They also attend and support us in many aspects of our learning and growth
throughout daily life, even though they are usually unseen and unacknowledged. All are open to our
requests for assistance and help, although they may not step in and act without our consent - so we do
need to ask, and work consciously with them to gain the most benefit.
As well as sound foundations and firm loving direction (true government!) any civilisation benefits from
an effective Spiritual base: so too do we as individuals. Working with the energy and lessons of the Rays
and with those Masters that administer those energies helps us identify and work with Divine energy and
releases in us the power of unconditional Love, - and this, when coupled with Wisdom and positive
focused intent can move mountains. It is through linking with Divine Source / God in the many aspects
of our lives and be-ing and so recognising and accepting ourselves as perfect emanations of that supreme
Being that we are enabled to become whole and complete.

We are observing the great, great cross currents that human beings face within themselves. We observe the cross
currents within your own selves that do not necessarily make it easy for your great awakening.
Therefore one of the first things that I wish to offer each of you is to remember to call upon Our Ascended Master
wisdom and the power and strength of Our Light to come into yourselves and to come into the energy around you
that just silences and cuts thru all confusion that tries to touch your life stream and keeps you from knowing what
is the right thing to do in each and every moment.
I ask you Precious Hearts of Light, to consider all the things that will make your path easier and easier by placing
the focal point of your attention upon your Presence and Our Octaves or Our Retreats and holding your attention
upon One of Us to call upon Us to so charge your selves and all the energy of your affairs with Our invincible
Ascended Master wisdom and the power of Our Light that silences and cuts thru all confusion so that you can see
ahead of time that which you are required to know for your freedom and your service to life.
I Serapis Bey would like to see each of you to work with Our Ascended Master Sacred Fire Presence as Ascended
Masters wisdom and the strength of Our power that cuts thru all confusion in your selves and the energy of your
worlds so that you know a thing when you need to know a thing.
…now, it seems to Me that your Master Jesus said “Be Ye as an empty cup” because He understood in order for
you to find the pathway; the golden door to your Whole Mind so that you could live from your Whole Mind –
which knows everything – then there must be an emptying of the surface mind.
There must be an emptying of this reservoir of mixed thought/feelings that your heart is holding. Because your
heart wants to manifest your field of dreams.
So this was the idea that Master Jesus gave you “Be Ye as an empty cup”.
If you could let go, if you could empty the mind, if you could empty the reservoir of heart for a while then the
Light of your God Being thru the role of the Holy Spirit could shine into your surface mind, could shine into your
heart and that Light could show you the pathway to the golden door where you could begin to live beyond that
door; to live in the Whole Mind. Yes?
Practice once a day. Give yourself your intention. To sit with the command that my mind and heart be emptied of
all that it is holding. My surface mind and the reservoir of my heart that just seeks to bring into manifestations all
that it is holding that I sit to empty all of that.
Remember it is your power to qualify. You may ask, well is it going to happen if I say to myself – sit, let your
mind be emptied now. No necessity to know anything for these next few moments. Sit and let your mind be
emptied of all that it is holding in awareness. Sit and let your heart be absolutely emptied of all that it is holding.
You are giving yourself a powerful instruction. Your Whole Mind is watching you. The Flame of God in your
heart is watching you. It will know your motivation. And it will help you. And it is in doing this – My students
would sit for 7 minutes 3 times a day to empty their minds and the reservoir of the heart of everything it is holding
so that then the Light could shine in. and that Light in the next 7 minutes – 7 minutes emptying – 7 minutes
seeking and holding that place to enter the Whole Mind. As you hold the desire to enter the Whole Mind and the
Light pours into you it is the arm of your God Being that will grab you and pull you into the Whole Mind where
you begin to experience the omniscience of the true nature of the Great God Being that you are.
What unfolds depends in your experience of standing in the Light of your Whole Mind depends entirely upon
your attention. But when you live from the Whole Mind, dear sons and daughters of Light, this is where the sub-
reality erases. This is what is the force behind the inability to explain in one moment there was one loaf of bread.
In the next moment there were basketfuls being filled with thousands of loaves of bread. Such is the reportings of
the mysterious changes of realities everywhere Jesus went. The realities changed…the Light reporting Its victory
of whatever is required in that moment.
In anything, My Dear Sons and Daughters of Light, it will always be with desire. I desire to live not from my
surface mind, but to live from my Whole Mind. This was the gift that the Heavenly Father gave each of Their
children…
Many of you in the silence of your heart has questioned and when you let yourselves know the question you are
asking, it seems almost overwhelming as to how I get to that place of a sleeping unascended human being to a
human being that is Resurrected living from the Christ Conscious. My Goodness! What a journey must lay ahead
of me. Oh it must be overwhelming.
You must receive your inheritance. You must know that there is a Whole Mind it is just in the next room. The
human mind has many layers of vibration and the stories and the attention that you hold your focus upon will
move you thru the various vibrations of the human mind, the human brain and the surface mind. But if you know
that within your consciousness is a Sacred Door and beyond that golden door is the Whole Mind that your
Heavenly Father made for each of you. It is there, it is within your reach. It is the kingdom that the Master spoke
of in His own ministry. It’s inside you. Whether you think of it as submerged under your mind or whether you
think of it as your higher mind, you my dear, must feel closeness to this truth. It is the mind that was made in the
image and likeness of the Father God. That’s what you want to experience.
You want to enter yourselves daily with the purpose of finding the entrance into the Whole Mind and living inside
the Golden Door; just inside the doorway of your Whole Mind. Then Dear heart, you will find that your surface
mind is elevated.

…now here’s a very interesting one and I wonder how it will play out. I will not wonder too long, I will come and
watch. And that is Dear Heart, to give to take a few moments in your life and think about the people who are in
your life at this time. And give – first of all – by conscious command, by telling yourself, each person whether I
like them or not, whether they’re a beautiful joy to be with or whether they’re a thorn in the butt – matters not –
I’m willing to see every person in my life, every person there has higher purpose. Everyone. Like it or not, every
person in my life has higher purpose for being there.
There’s a reason they’re there and it’s a higher purpose reason. And I am willing – now don’t run along in your
conscious mind and say “this is the higher purpose this person, this is the higher purpose that this person’s in my
life”. No, no, no.
first of all, anoint that reality. Everyone in my life is there for a higher purpose and I trust I am there in their lives
for a higher purpose and I am now open, I am open to being receptive to what the higher purpose of these
individuals who are sharing the path, those individuals that I’m compelled to interact with –whether it be thru
work, or the spiritual path or anything – I am willing to know the higher purpose of why these people are in my
life. Individual; one at a time and I call the Christ Light, the Christ Mind within me to bring me into awareness
and the next time that I interface with any of the people that I see in my daily, weekly, bi-weekly life, I invite my
Christ Mind to give me the awareness as I interface with those people to give me the Aha! And awareness of what
the higher purpose of their presence in my life is. And my purpose of being in their life so that I can work in
alignment with that purpose rather than against it.
Try it. I think you will have some amusing results, Dear Hearts.
