Curriculum Vitae FRANCISCO A. ITZAINA, CBE Rolls-Royce Regional America, since 2003 Director - South Responsible for the strategic coordination and supervision of the activities of all Rolls-Royce sectors in South America, including Aerospace and Marine and Industrial Power Systems, with current annual revenues of £400 million in the region. These revenues are projected to double by the end of this decade. Also responsible for all government relations. Born in Uruguay in 1947, Francisco started his carrier with W. R. Grace & Co, where he was Vice President of Finance Latin America in New York and Operations Director for the Cryovac Division in Brazil (vacuum packaging systems for foodstuffs). Later he worked for Bunzl plc as President of its Brazilian subsidiary (sophisticated packaging for cosmetics) and for Moore Corporation as President - Brazil and President Moore Latin America (large printing company with 16 plants and 2500 employees in the region). He has lived in Brazil for nearly 40 years. Francisco has an MBA degree from Michigan State University (2008 Outstanding Alumni Award), and a BA degree from Saginaw Valley State University (2010 Distinguished Alumni Award). In May 2014 was elected Chairman of the Administrative Council of the British Chamber of Commerce in Brazil, which he also chaired from 2005 to 2007. Previously he presided over the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce and the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army in Brazil. In 2008 Francisco was invested by HRM Queen Elizabeth the Second as Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE). Married, four children, one grandchild.
