HRV Intelligent Controller (DCS-2H)
1. Introduction:
New Air intelligent controller (DCS-2H) can monitor real-time indoor temperature, humidity, CO2
concentration. Controller output signal can directly control the startup and speed of fan. It can be widely
used in residential, commercial and industrial applications, and can effectively improve air quality, create
a healthy, comfortable, energy-efficient living and working environment.
2. Monitoring objects：
1. CO2 (VOC) concentration，３５0－3000 (unit: 10ppm)
Real-time monitoring indoor CO2 concentration.
2. Indoor temperature: 0℃---- +50℃
3. Indoor humidity: 5％RH----95%RH
3. Function & Feature:
1. Real-time display indoor concentration of CO2（VOC)；
2. Display the current indoor air pollution levels；
3. Real-time display the indoor temperature；
4. Real-time display indoor humidity；
5. According to temperature, humidity and CO2 concentrations, automatically adjust the fan operation；
6. Display the HRV system fan status（Stop, slow, medium and high speed）, working mode（Manual,
automatic, timing）；
7. Automatic mode：when the intelligent controller detect indoor air quality become worse, the HRV
system can automatically adjust the fan speed；
8. Manual mode：User can control the startup & speed of fan by “mode button on the controller panel” or
“RF remote control”；
9. Timing mode 1：User can set cycle operation time（1 minutes－96 hours）and stop time（1 minutes
－96 hours）of fan；
10. Timing mode 2：User can set startup & turnoff time of fan（1 minutes －24 hours ）；
11. Can program on site to set the CO2 sensitivity of the sensor，in order to meet different user s’
requirement for air quality；
12. Three-color backlight, showing the current air quality status at a glance.
13. Multiple output modes, adapt to the single-speed, dual speed, three-speed fan.

3,Operating Part:
1、
button: Timer parameter setting；

”PPM AUTO--MANUAL—TEMPERATURE
ATUO--TIMER--SWITCH OFF”,
4、Detail instruction
1、 AUTO mode: CO2 concentration lower then 500PPM,it will automatic work in low
speed,500-799 PPM in middle speed, higher then 800 PPM in high speed;
2、 MANUAL mode: use or button to set the fan motor in OFF、LOW、MED、HIGH, in this
mode, the fan speed is working under setting mode, don’t impact by the CO2 concentration.
3、 TEMPERATURE AUTO mode: when indoor need outdoor heat or cooling, it will automatic
work in high speed, if it don’t need outdoor heat or cooling, it will automatic work in low speed,
4、 TIMER mode：It can set the fan speed in different time segment, it can set from Monday to
Sunday, every day can set 4 time segments.
5、 Timer parameter set: press
into local time setting, press
button 2 seconds , enter into parameter setting mode, firstly enter
to change between week, hour, minutes setting, the
corresponding parameter will flash, and through
time setting, press
or button to adjust the parameter, after local
to set fan speed in first time segment of Monday, and press
between hour, minutes, fan speed setting, and through
after setting, press
to change
or button to adjust the parameter,
to set second time segment of Monday, repeat the above steps to set all 28
time segments of one week, during setting, if not press any button in 10 seconds, the controller
will automatic reserve the setting parameter, and turned into normal working status.
6、 Background light: CO2 lower then 500 PPM, the background light is green,500~799PPM
background is yellow, above 800 PPM is red,
