Camberley Heath Golf Club invite you to take part in the above Competition.
1.
The Competitions are open to Amateur Full Playing Members of recognised golf clubs.
A pair from different clubs are ineligible to enter for the Scratch Inter-Club Competition.
2.
The Competitions will be by Stroke Play over 18 holes and will be governed by the Rules of the Royal and
Ancient Club of St Andrews and the local rules of the Club.
3.
Entries are limited to 32 couples and close on 1st September 2015 (or before if over-subscribed).
Completed forms must be returned together with entrance fee. Entries will be treated in strict order of
receipt. Confirmation of receipt of entry will be sent by email, if you do not receive this please contact the
office on 01276 23258. A copy of the draw and starting times will be forwarded 2 week before the
Competition.

An Entry Fee of £80.00 per couple includes coffee, Bacon Roll/Danish on arrival, Bar Platter Lunch
and Prizes
Please make your cheque payable to Camberley Heath Ltd. The dress code for lunch is jacket and tie.
Prizes will be presented to winners and runners-up in both Competitions and the Club of the winning pair in the
Inter-Club will also hold the Camberley Heath Foursomes Inter-Club Cup for one year. (No couple may take more
than one prize.)
In the event of a tie for the major awards, the result will be decided by the best score over the last 9, 6 or 3 holes.
Any dispute or matter requiring settlement will be referred to the Committee of the Club whose decision will be
final. Withdrawals, after the closing date, will not receive a refund unless a substitute is found.
